Those look so delicious 🤤 Stephanie! Everytime I watch your videos I am so thankful that you take the time to describe and demonstrate the full process. On a separate unrelated note, my mom used to bake cheesecakes for a living in the late 70s & early 80s. She passed several years back and just recently my sister gifted me my mom's Hobart KitchenAid K5-A mixer. Hasn't been powered on for at least thirty years now. I did a small test and only went to speed two. Seemed to work great. Before I mess anything up I plan on doing a full maintenance regreasing of all the parts under the hood. Thanks again for all you do. 😊

Hi stef, I agree fully with everyone ,you explain really good,I’m going to try your vanilla cupcake tomorrow I’m in New Zealand so it’s night now, I’m also going to try your recipe but omit the eggs as my granddaughter is dairy free , will use plant base butter or olive oil butter, and almond milk,will let you know how it came out,also I use apple cider vinegar as replacement for the eggs thank you.
The children where I live can not bring any homemade items. They have to come from a bakery or supermarket. Parents couldn’t bring milk . Teachers had to collect the money then they went to the supermarket for the milk. We would get the money the day before. Run to the store after work then immediately take it back to the school. Hassle yes but the health dept required it done that way. Love your recipes. Thank you.

Stephanie,you mentioned to rotate the muffins half way through baking If the muffins are in the oven for 16 to 18 minutes does that mean to rotate the muffins when the muffins are in the oven for 12 minutes then rotate the muffins,then take the muffins out of the oven between 16 to 18 minutes later.
Rotate halfway through the total baking time. So for 16 minutes of total baking time, rotate at 8 minutes. Then continue to bake for another 8 minutes.

While it may seem easy to produce videos the way I do it I will say the process is very draining and I’m not getting any younger. So we’ve decided to reduce the number we produce. We have over 700 videos now so there is already lots to watch.

I love and enjoy baking but it takes me a bit longer to follow your instructions on making some of your recipes due to my low vision loss or being legally blind with limited vision,I use large print measuring cups and spoons and a talking kitchen scale.So far the recipes that I have made at home turned out perfect and tasted really good,baking is fun and I enjoy baking your recipes at home
You know the newer models of your mixer you don’t have to stop and scrape down the bowl, as they have a scraper beater, and some like mine also have a folding beater.

Yes, you can use that type of milk. I like to freeze the cupcakes without the frosting.

It depends on the recipe as some will rise more than others. Or it could have something to do with oven temperature.
