ORV is the Undisputed GOAT of Korean web novels. If anyone hasn't read it, I strongly recommend you to start it with either reading the novel (Since the novel is finished) or reading the manhwa (If you want to be blessed with amazing art when reading it).

I agree with you for the first 300 chapters and then for some reason it feels like it falls into a dumpster fire after 400+ chapters.

Not exactly regression stories but "Trash of the Count's Family" and "The Greatest Estate Developer" (especially the manhwa) are two of the best reads you could ever find.

SSS Suicide Hunter is absolutely the best one I've read. Everyone in this story is a hilarious psychopath, and bounce off each other so well. Gong Ja is the funniest and kindest psychopath I have ever had the pleasure of reading about. The man has a singleminded idea of achieving the perfect ending in any scenario, and it's extremely cathartic. And having read what happens in the web novel, I am so excited for the glorious appearance of Uburka.
Of course, while I do think SSS Suicide Hunter is the best overall package of story + action + art + humor + characters + chemistry + philosophy, but many others will weight some aspects of those factors more than others, and ORV (because it's fucking ORV), Past Life Returner (especially for its rather in depth economics build up), Devil Returns to School Days (the GOAT of cathartic revenge manhwa, holy shit it's amazing for that one purpose), etc all can easily take it as best manhwa for different people.
Past Life Returner/Regressor. Ngl, i like the economic buildup in season 1, the author really did a good job to make it interesting

-I am not demon god lackey ( Not manhwa but Manhua. If you like misunderstood plot with heavy Lovecraft world build lore then you should read it)

A Man's man is a totally underrated regression story about corporate political warfare. It's a slow burn but definitely interesting not being focused on OP powers

2) Return Of The Mount Hua Sect/Blossoming Blade.
3) The S Classes That I Raised.
4) Tales Of Demons And Gods(technically a Manhua but it's still regression).
5) Regressor Instruction Manual(the Death Note references are real in this one).
6) Revenge Of The Iron Blooded Sword Hound.
7) The Max Level Player's 100th Regression.
- Return of the Crazy Demon is also one of my top recommendations.
- Return of the Mount Hua Sect isn't really regression, although I do like it a lot and am at ch370 of the novel. Personally, I'd rather put Volcanic Age in its place. They're similar in some ways (both are murim manhwa and the MC is from the Mount Hua Sect). Also, VC is finishing soon, its nice reading something complete for a change.
- Tales of demons and Gods I've actually read up until the latest novel chapters last year or so. Stopped following the manhwa because it felt so jarring how far behind the adaptation is. It's like reading two completely different stories. Not sure whether they'll catch up in the next 100 years at this pace. 😅 (At one point I was reading about MC making a big breakthrough in cultivation, coming slightly closer to what he was in his previous life and invading one of the super forces by himself, meeting his long lost buddies after years and years of being apart... all very emotional reunions...and then I go back to the manhwa and they've all only JUST left the starting town lol)
Anyway, all of these are great and must-reads if you're into murim & regression manhwa. Haven't tried the other ones yet, I think. I may have read Iron Blooded Sword Hound though. If I have, then I probably didn't like it enough to remember.
As for actually completed regression novels. The top spot for me goes to either "Life, Once Again" or "Mother of Learning". Really good reads. Not sure if they have manhwa's, but I doubt it, they're pretty short. The first one is set in the real world and is about pursuing dreams you gave up as you grew older, not abusing the regression (since MC instantly loses any specific memories related to events and is slowly losing all memories of his former life, cool premise imho). The second one is similar to Groundhog Day, but this time a month is being replayed and the setting is a magical fantasy world. The end of the month is always the same... complete destruction (wiping) of the city... and the MC not only has to find a way to prevent the catastrophe, but also get out of the loop (since one doesn't necessarily lead to the other). Its pretty fun, because the MC is a powerless magician who just started his year at school and there are other far more powerful regressors involved from whom he has to hide the fact he can regress. (SPOILER: The original regressor (not the MC) who started the loop had the power to make other people regressors, but at one point, one of the people he made regressor betrayed him and completely wiped his mind after learning almost all his secrets and abilites. Along the way getting rid of all other people with knowledge of the loop. The guy that wiped his mind is the main villain of the story and has been regressing for like hundreds of years by the time MC accidently enters the loop at ch6 I believe. A big point of the novel is trying to figure out which of the original regressors aquaintances he is, so he can be stopped. Kinda tricky, since he has archmage level skills in pretty much all relevant disciplines (mindcontrol, disguise, cloning, etc.) and it could literally be anyone, even a random kid)

THIS, btw if you kinda like the beginning after the end, I reccommend reading shadow slave or cradle. Both are wayy better than it imo, while still playing around that theme
