Venom is so funny and lovable. The movies did him right. He's no villain but a Anti-hero who just wants to protect the innocent while getting nutrients from food. I hope somewhere in the 3rd movie, Venom gets a hug from a kid for saving him from bullies or a potential kidnapper.

The only thing that really bothered me in this movie is how goofy it is compared to Venom 1. It is more comic accurate in some ways, but at the same time that’s it’s problem. It doesn’t flow like a movie should. Venom is also literal golden retriever, which I guess works for comics, but I do miss the curious yet brooding Venom from the first one. This is still a 8/10 movie in my book

My big issue with this movie was the lack of an R rating,i mean..... It's carnage you guys. It's in his name, the only reason the symbiote was red in the comics was because it was soaked in the blood of cleatus casedy

I like to imagine that the more time he spent with Eddie, the more Eddie's personality had an influence on him, but he's torn between that and his primal instincts
THIS is how Venom should be done! A true buddy buddy dynamic with him and Eddie, not this "He's this evil alien that's gonna turn you evil and moody" like how he is in Spiderman 3 and the new Spiderman 2 game, just a true buddy that's gonna look out for you and always have your back is how I want my symbiotes

Even if tom hardys eddie brock isnt the most mature the fact that he wants to live in peace makes venom more of an anti hero if you think about it, because while venom does want to save, hes mainly motivated by hunger and he keeps putting himself and eddie in danger

2: they are getting damaged, which would be why they need to find a host asap

The best part about Venom is that throughout thousands of years of hivemind knowledge that would make Eddie's head burst... He knows the value of laughter, the thrill of overcoming one's fears, and that enjoying the little things is still important. I was there for his first issue and have loved Venom all the way (the good, the bad, the Lethal Protector).

@@coasternamegenerator5611 that is ONE of the issues with this game, still plenty of others. The fact the game even has a bug which can stop it from downloading is straight up game-breaking, and just like the previous entry Insomniac SM games feel so boring compared to previous ones
