Agreed, I hope they bring some raw energy, more funk and hard rock, rather than the compromised harder tracks on the last album. More of a Califirnication vibe, album wises that was quite varied.

I’ve been a super hardcore Chili Peppers fan my entire life, I skipped my lecture to go and scrapped all the money I could to buy these tickets, I went to Kaboo Del Mar just to see them. And it was the best show I’ve ever been to. The energy was so livid. There was something about this show that made me feel amazing. I’ve seen lots of videos of them live, so I thought they weren’t going to be really good. But this show showed me otherwise. Best show in 10 years. Glad I went. #RHCP4LIFE
You never seen frusciante with them..so just try to imagine ....Josh doesnt play...he os an amateur...shy ..unexpressive and noisy ....Go see Slash playing , frusciante or Jack White ...and Tell me what u think
I know, I used to have that perception of Josh too. I’m a guitar player so I literally worship John Frusciante, I didn’t like what Josh brought to the table for years, especially how sloppy he usually plays in live shows. BUT this show specifically was amazing. Josh played good, really good, better than usual. Everyone was better than they usually play. So I give josh credit where it’s deserved. And yeah dude I’ve seen slash and jack white too. Guitar gods!
Next year they are coming to my country and I don't know what to expect because I have seen many comments saying that they are bad live too

I was fortunate enough to get a free ticket to this festival. Prior to seeing these guys live, I didn't think much of them. I am now. I can't stop listening to them. I sabotaged my own luck my being too tired from work to see one of Tom Petty's concert two days later.
