- The Formula 1 2020 Grid all have a past, from the seasoned veterans to F1 rookies. So lets have a dive into that past, specifically, where they were in 2013. I came across a great video on HITC Sevens, looking at where the Liverpool 2019-20 squad were 7 years ago. I thought the format could work a treat with F1, so here it is! Hope you all enjoy. :)

In that photo of Max and Lando shaking hands, Max looks 18 and Lando looks 8 when in reality they're only 2 years apart.

I feel like a lot of people overlook Lando's junior carreer because he didn't win f2, but he won pretty much every other championship that he was in, and he only did one year for every category, people need to start putting more respect on his name

Yenson Button - Super GT and DTM. Is also a father.
Kevin Magnussen - Racing for Haas F1. Is now married.
Checo Perez - Racing for Racing Point F1.
Lewis Hamilton - 6 Time world champion, racing for Mercedes- AMG F1.
Heikki Kovalainen - Super GT.
Pedro De La Rosa - Retired driver. Last seen in Formula E as a test driver.
JPM - Racing in the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship
Kimi Raikkonen - Racing for Alfa Romeo F1
Williams - Robert Kubica - Alfa Romeo F1 test driver
Lance Stroll - Racing for Racing Point F1
Sergey Sirotkin - Last raced in WEC and was a reserve driver for Renault F1 and McLaren f1 last season. Is currently the Pre-season Test Driver for ART Grand Prix in the Formula 2 championship.
Felipe Massa - Formula E racing for ROKiT Venturi Racing.
Valterri Bottas - Racing for Mercedes-AMG F1
Pastor Maldonado - Raced in LMP2 last year.
Bruno Senna - Racing in WEC
Rubens Barrichello - Currently racing in Brazilian Stock Car racing and The Australian S5000. He also partly manages his sons.
Nico Hulkenberg - Last raced for Renault F1 in 2019.
Kazuki Nakajima - Currently racing in WEC
Ferrari - Kimi Raikkonen, already spoke about him.
Fernando Alonso, already spoke about him
Felipe Massa, already spoke about him
Giancarlo Fisichella - Retired, last raced in WEC.
Luca Badoer - Retired. Last raced for Ferrari F1 in 2009.
MSC - Retired. Had a brutal accident in skiing in 2013. Undergoing treatment with stem cells to help his brain recover.
Rubens Barrichello. Already spoke about.
Eddie Irvine - Retired. Last raced a car in F1 in 2002 for Jaguar. Now does a lot of real estate work in buying and selling properties. (He buys a lot of nice houses or makes them look nice).
Mika Salo - Substituted in for MSC when he broke his legs at Silverstone in 1999. Last raced in 2016 at the 12 hours of Bathurst.
Jean Alesi - Retired. Last raced in IndyCar in 2012.

Albon talked about his story in the Beyond the Grid podcast and it's unbelievable. The number of times he's been on his way out of motorsports all together and now he's in a Red Bull. Insane.

*Max:* 2x WDC, Replaces Hamilton at Mercedes or moves to Aston (if they become title challengers)
*Albon:* Still at Red Bull
*Ricciardo:* Replaces Vettel at Ferrari, probably into his last season now
*Ocon:* Moves to Aston (if they become title challengers) or moves to Mercedes
*Lando:* Stays at McLaren
*Sainz:* Stays at McLaren
*Russel:* Moves to Mercedes
*Latifi:* Stays at Williams
*Perez:* Retires

i remember Grojean was very solid at the time. actually back then there was rumor about him being considered by Ferrari to replace massa, i was pretty happy about the possibility. nobody really knew his temper.

Yeah, towards the end of 2013 when Vettel was winning everything, Grosjean was the only other driver getting consistent podiums. Wonder what he could have done if the Lotus could have adapted to the 2014 rules better

Struggling with this ...... hard to believe there can be that much of a change. Proof that life will go on and on .....
It’s actually pretty simple in karting. You have a few different types of engines (brands) and the classes for each one of them (the classes are made according to the age of the drivers). And then you have different championships for the different types of engines (such as national champs, euro champs, world champs). I know, a lot, but it’s a pretty simple concept.

You should do some livery concepts for the 2021 Models! I think it would be very interesting to see how liverys would look on the new, rounder more modern shape of the 21 cars.
Max is totally destined to be a multiple champ in F1. He really gave his heart out to be the best in karting.

5:40, Gasly? He is the only other driver the right time in his career, like Stroll jumped from GP3 (so to only go from Formula Renault to GP3 don't make sence in 3 years) in 2016, Magnussen and Kvyat jumped to F1 in 2014, and Russell like Stroll was only in GP3/F3 in 2017, so must be Gasly.

2013 FR 2.0 Eurocup - Gasly (I remember reading an article (Could from F1 site or WTF1, can't remember) about the rivalry between Ocon and Gasly. The FFSA on his suit also gave it away.
