For those who doesn't listen to all of Andy James stuff. Go listen.... Gone, Exit Through Ashes, Lost Without You, The Wind That Shakes The Heart, Stay, After Midnight, Shakespear Sister's Stay, etc that have more of a sentimental vibe in it.

Herman Li's playing has aged like fine wine. Seemed like AJ jumped into the industry already a God, but Herman has clearly improved massively since the mid 2000's.

Andy James and Rick Graham are my favorite modern guitar players. It shows that idea and creativity is the main factor of fame, not the talent itself. Look at The Doo, 99.9% guitar players that are in this channel are better than him yet he gets to be more popular.
Yeah Rick graham is one of my favorites, but you can’t knock the doo’s talents. I personally don’t like his music too much but he has the entertainment value and talent to carve his own lane.
Both Rick and Andy aren't as famous as a lot of other less technical guitar players. What's important to me is the entire package. Style, creativity and technique. If you can't make me continue watching you play i won't listen to your stuff. If you look catchy but you can't keep my attention due to lack of creativity, I won't listen to you. If you habe style and creativity but you're not very technical I won't listen to you much.
