  • Join me for a gentle 30 minute mat pilates session for osteoarthritis. This soothing session contains gentle mobilisation and warm up exercises ideal to help ease the aches and pains of early stage arthritis as well as strengthen the body without stressing the joints. It is ideal to do first thing in the morning when you're feeling a little stiff and achey as well as a great pre warm before your regular exercise.

    I would like to see another standing video for arthritis to improve mobility. It’s hard to get on the floor for some arthritis patients.

    A few days ago I discovered your channel. It is exactly what I've been searching for! I've done many different workouts in my life, including ballet, jazz, and modern dance; yoga, aerobics, etc, etc. Now at 67 I have many challenges due to different injuries. This is the absolute BEST and gentle Pilates session, and is healing for my back and painful joints. Thank you so much! I'm looking forward to exploring many more of your gentle sessions.

    This was great. I am going to use this as my morning routine. As a man with Arthritis, morning’s can be a bit rough. But, after completing this exercise routine I feel great.

    Love this, Rachel! Thank you! Battling an acute flare up of knee osteoarthritis with hairline fracture, have had to be off my feet for last month! No weight bearing exercise nor any at all, have left me worse off in some ways. Your video was just what I needed to get me started back to exercising. No pain, gentle but effective workout. I feel better already. I use a chair to help me get off the floor which is the biggest challenge at the moment🤦🏻‍♀️ perhaps you have some chair exercises? 😉

    Really great Rachel. Had been looking forward to this video as I have arthritis in my lower back. It was gentle but found that I could lift my hips off the floor in the side stretches. Thats down to your videos and of course my exercising. x

    Wonderful workout. I’ve been doing many different routines throughout the pandemic. My knee is complaining so I did this workout a few times, and things are much better. Lovely workout.
