Matt thank you for these videos I played baseball little league thru HS Have coached little league baseball for many years. I have try to teach young guys things I have learned from your videos. U are outsanding coach again thank u so much for all the great videos and advice. I have told many people about u u definitely know what u are talking about. Have saw great results have my players play position like u advise . Your video on bat speed was awesome. Keep this up please u are really help lot of youngsters and coaches. I live in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area.
Good stuff. Thanks. I remember on one your videos in your basement you were swinging on the hit trax and when you tried to swing harder the mph went down. Pretty neat. Anyway, I was wondering if you had a video on the hands. I’m trying to understand are the hands swinging the bat or are the hands and arms coming along for a ride since they’re attached to rotating shoulders.
I always appreciate your videos. As a Little League manager, I have been known to "borrow" some of your points when talking to the kids. Thank you for that. I do have a suggestion for you for one of your videos that has nothing to do with how to improve a baseball skill. Some friends and I were talking about this and would like your opinion. Which movies do you feel are the greatest baseball movies of all time and why?
If u get serious i would try to break up what u do by day to be efficient. So leg day then the next day upper body. Cardio to recover then rinse and repeat. I'd look up vids or articles on what's best. Im trying to bulk over the off season so im heavy lifting. Once I get closer to the season normally u want to lift lighter for more reps. My creds aren't much but I've gained 10 lbs in 2 months from doing this and i haven't gained a pound in 2 years lmao. Doesn't really matter how you do it as long as you do something. Best of luck to u man!
I recommend doing Bench, Squat, and Dead Lift like everybody else. But make sure you use proper form. for bench press, line your eyes up with the bar, arch your back, and press your feet against the floor. Also make sure you bring the bar down slowly and explore upwards.
Try doing squats and trap bar deadlifts since they both require you to really drive with your legs. Also some Olympic lifts would be good since they are very explosive.
That's cool but did you know you could improve bat speed by 15% or more with GEICO
i like liberty mutual, their more efficeint
Everybody knows that but did you know Matt is the best UA-camr in history
Did the gecko tell you that
Jake from State Farm is about to show up and hit you with the Discount Double Check when you’re not looking

You prove the old expression, those who can do, and those who can't, teach.
Not sure if that is exactly who they were targeting with that saying but maybe!
