When the lead vocalist started to emotionally get distracted into cry Pharrell could have hugged her and stopped everything from happening but she stood back and encouraged her and gave her strength to continue on with the rest of the musicians that is the epitome of teaching you cannot teach how to teach you only can have the gift from God and I guess I got to say God gave for Outback gift in that moment he taught that little girl how to push on and keep on singing that was amazing
