Creamy Red Potatoes
2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
8 oz cream cheese, softened
10 oz can cream of potato soup
1 envelope dry ranch salad dressing mix
Place potatoes in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients together; Stir into potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
