Ant-Man and The Wasp should get a sequel. The characters are fun and the series occupies an interesting space in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
However, no such sequel is currently on the schedule. I would like to change that.
So, Mr Feige, here is my pitch for Ant Man and The Wasp 2. It takes the form of two scenes, each used to introduce a different character to the MCU.

That would make for a great after credits scene too. He gets out from a stint in jail (not long cause he was mainly a petty thief) and it's showing him interviewing with Baskin-Robbins.
I wish this is what the movie was. I hope you get recognized for your ability to brainstorm better scripts than the people who get paid to write them

Honestly, it's a pretty disappointing title :/
I love this pitch, but I’d change one thing: the initial introduction of Eric.
Keep the intro with the year and the exterior of the Triskelion. But instead of starting at Eric’s desk, it starts in a break room/employee lounge, whatever.
“Timber” is playing on Eric’s phone as he buys a bag of chips from a vending machine. The bag turns on its way down and gets jammed. Eric bangs on the glass before rocking the machine back and forth. The little locking latch by the coin return pops out; the vending machine is now open. Eric hesitates for a moment before opening the door to grab his jammed chips. He squats down, and that’s when we get our first look at Seann William Scott’s face. He grabs his chips and pauses. He looks around to make sure the coast is clear, then reaches in and takes several more.
Like you said; he’s not necessarily a bad guy, just does some questionable, selfish things.
He’s on his way back to his desk, staring down at his phone texting, when he accidentally bumps into a coworker. The man recoils. To Eric, the guy’s reaction is overly dramatic. He pulls out one of his earbuds. “Timber” cuts out as Eric begins asking the guy what’s wrong. That’s when he hears Steve Rogers giving his speech about SHIELD’s corruption. The guy Eric bumped into slowly reaches for a pistol. Something happens that distracts him, and Eric throws his many bags of chips into the guy’s face and sprints off as “Timber” starts playing again.
That’s where your awesome idea comes back into play.

Firstly, fantastic intro, kinda sets up the “mischievous but not malicious” plot thread. Second, one minor addition. It seems like there wouldn’t be enough time for him to escape from the break room if the chip bags were the only distraction. I feel like he needs to sock the guy in the face, both to explain how he got out so easy and make him out to be someone with even more moral ambiguity.

For some reason, I actually like that name. Though should it be "A wasp", or should it be "THE wasp"? And should it be "2 ant-MEN"? Admittedly those would make it less funny, so I don't know if it would be worth it.

I get that they wanted Ant-Man to have a *big* movie and they wanted to set up Kang but this pitch is still more entertaining and encompassing of a trilogy-ender to me than Quantumania was.

This is genuinely amazing. Great premise. I could definitely see how colorful this movie could be with MODOK and AIM soldiers with kinds of colorful weapons.

If there's one thing I would change, it'd be "Mental Organism Designed Only for Knowledge." The pronunciation of the acronym is kept, and it sounds much more his speed than "computing."

I just watched this again and realized how similar Mysterio's crew in Far From Home is to your pitch for Modok. The leader of a tech company rips of an underling's technology that utilizes holograms. Then after the leader dies, the underling gets back together with their old research team and further develops and then weaponizes their tech to try and steal another more advanced weapon from the heroes.
George: how do we increase our intelligence? Get a bigger jar?
Me: Oh, this is M.O.D.O.C. ain't it.

8:40 the simple handwave for making Pym Particles is that the suit breaks down dense metallic/crystalline structures into Pym Particles, so running it consumed a lot of gold and gemstones. This is another reason why SHIELD didn't want to overuse the suit, and also why Black Ant keeps cheating at casinos and stealing villain's wallets....

I’ve been trying to spread this video for two weeks now. Reaction channels like John Campea, Jaby Koay, Reel Rejects and Tyrone Magnus need to get on this. Very fun for the comic book community. Every other day I look to see if anyone is does reactions to Nando’s amazing content. I try to spread the word on UA-cam and Facebook that this video exists and they delete my comments almost every time.

Has anyone forgot that there was an Iron Man 3 game that took place after the movie and introduced MODOK? It was even written by Matt Fraction.

This is 100% what should happen. Doesn't die, doesn't get carted off to some super cool S.H.I.E.L.D. super science prison for comic book villains; just one cop, trying his hardest to stuff a giant brain baby into the back of a car.
I totally didn’t see Modok coming, but I’m 100% down with it! He’s one of my favorite Marvel characters too!

There's one thing you didn't address that's pretty important: Cassie. They've pretty overtly indicated that they're indeed going to make her become Stinger, and now she's officially been time-skipped to an age where she can feasibly become a hero. I feel she's definitely gonna be used to a more significant and proactive extent in the next film as a way to lead into that.
I also think that Cassie Lang as Stature could be a great addition and it would make the title even more comical Ant-Man and the Wasp and the Ant-Man and Stature.

Love it, great concept! Only question is how would you fit in a lengthy intro for Eric and one for MODOK without messing up the flow of the plot?
They might cut some of this out.
I think that more of his intro would end up being explained in dialogue or in subtext, like how he waited for so so long to start trials and whatnot

If someone, in this version of the movie, doesn't tell Modok that he's *lost his marbles*, what's even the point?
The shot with the MODOK's head growing should definitely show the jars of marbles with his shadow over them, maybe the shadow covers the smaller jar before growing to also cover the larger one

I was initially against the Eric O Grady mirror villain, but I'm 100% behind getting the real AIM in the MCU
I love the video and the ideas presented here. My one concern however from a writing perspective is it might mess with the pacing of the story to have two long flashback sequences to establish villains, this more applies to Modok's backstory than Eric's. I think it would instead be better to have Modok's flashback just be a literal flashback, just quick visual shots (can even narrated/monologued by present Modok or someone close to him) that could explain his rise to power and experiments quickly, rather than interrupting the flow of the present story to establish him.
Here after quantamania. Please get this guy in the writing room

Idk tbh, Marvel clearly wanted to develop the Quantum Realm and Kang so there's no way they'd do the movie Nando pitched. But I kinda wish we could see Nando's version

The main issue with this pitch would be how it would manage the two origin stories since there are some vast differences between the two and it *could* become confusing if placed one after another as you have presented.
That aside, great work on the pitch!! Your version of Eric's origin has some nice vibes to it
Most of this pitch is flashbacks. Would this movie have 2 hooks at the beginning?
Yeah these are great ideas but I'm not sure how all these flashbacks would work, might need to split them into 2 different movies.

@Greg Elchert Simple. MODOK/AIM hires Ex-Con to beef up the security system and get closer to Scott, who is obviously Ant-Man in MODOK's eyes. While doing this job, Luis stumbles across a video in the system that shows the creation of MODOK and his plans. He then quickly finds Scott and the team to tell them about what he saw.
Modok should have a shakespearean monologue when he first meets the characters, recounting his story in long-winded fashion
One of them could be an end-credit scene of another movie, or an individual short film like they did twice already with the Mandarin re-introduction and the other one...
Because yeah, amazing idea but I have no clue how I'd integrate 2-3 flash backs before the movie actually starts..
