What Jimmy did to Irene wasn't a "mistake"...it was purposeful and it was repulsive. As Chuck said, Jimmy does show remorse afterwards but he does not change. He does not grow and become a better person. I'm glad he ended up fixing things for Irene...had he not done that, it would have been difficult to keep watching the show seeing the star of the show get away with something like that. And just a reminder: Chuck did seek help. Abi even thought he was having a breakthrough and had a turning point in season 3. But as Rebecca said, "He's mentally ill." You can't rely on people who are mentally ill to make decisions that are best for them.
It's not that Jimmy wouldn't change. He tried to change and probably would have if his brother had supported him instead of letting his jealousy and ego drive his actions towards Jimmy. All it takes is a good support system to help a person break bad habits, but Chuck's betrayal was the catalyst for everything. Jimmy wouldn't have gone back to Marco if that hadn't happened. Chuck isn't justified to give up on his brother at the most pivotal moment of Jimmy's career - yes, Chuck did end up being right IN THE END, but in an alternate world where Chuck actually worked with Jimmy on the Sandpiper case, Jimmy could have become a reputable lawyer who tried his hardest not to screw that up because his brother would be counting on him. He wouldn't have wanted to let him down, but Chuck saying "no matter what you do, you're this person" made Jimmy go "well fuck it, Im that person" and it became a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Jimmy did change. He changed for a decade. Its why his change back is with things like Irene is so sad. And why his transition from sly but good nature lawyer to criminal has so much power. If he never had the potential and drive to be different...his journey would be far less tragic.

That wasn't the warehouse where Lydia had the barrels of methlymeme & found the one with the tracker. The warehouse Mike was inspecting was in (or at least in the general area of) Albuquerque, the Warehouse in BB with the methlymeme was at Madrigal's main US headquarters in Texas, which is also where Lydia's home office is (whenever you saw Lydia actually in Albuquerque in BB she was effectively on a business trip). When Jesse meets Lydia at the warehouse to pick up the barrel he mentions how he was just on a long flight and has a 14 hour drive ahead of him back to ABQ. Breaking Bad never really made this as clear as they could have, apparently someone thought a chyron onscreen identifying the location was "cheesy".

But at the same time Jimmy can do things w/o any guilt ever, not a minute of it. see his many cons of people. no guilt even when he's straight up ripping somebody off horribly or doing something dishonest. he felt no guilt whatsoever, that we could see, about what he did to that nice law firm that gave him the good job. his entire 'guilt' amounted to him telling the boss he was a good guy. so he's not pure evil like Chuck but he's not a good person. good people feel guilt BEFOREhand, which makes them not do the thing.
You see a very ugly side of Jimmy this season. Remember we're watching him turn into a truly bad person. And also remember, Chuck was always a big influence on Jimmy so Jimmy took Chuck's advice to not have any regrets. He decided to just be done with Chuck once and for all and move on with his life.
