A great series of games of which I own four and have played six. My personal favourite is holland 44, one day I will get 30 Corp to where it is supposed to go, probably in my dreams. Excellent un boxing. Thank you.

It's a fairly standard mid-weight hex and counter game. Because we've played a few others in the series It's much easier to pick up. Its generally quite standard, attack, move, combat ratios, very simple supply trace. Still a lot of dense rules, but nothing wild.

The price for this game in the UK is ridiculous. Why manufacturers spend money on making glossy boxes, rule books and playbooks and come up with crappy paper maps is beyond me. It says it all that you could not identify the relevant armoured units from the picture on the chits.(That is a dig at GMT, not you!).Not wasting my money on this as there are far better quality games depicting the Normandy campaign. Poor in the extreme, and I am commenting on the latest 2021 release.

Is there any one of the better quality ones that you mention that you'd recommend? Thanks.
