@@Ibalistic_hedge Actually it DOES. This affirmative action line of thinking was and still is literally destroying American national security and society. Because of its ideological war to destroy meritocracy with victimization and gender/race & religious identity politics. Basically someone aka ANYONE who was physically capable of detaining the monster should've been assigned instead. And while this would ideally be an equal physically sized/strong male, it COULD'VE been a female e.g. a woman with a female body builder physique. And/or any woman strong enough to match him in a FAIR hand to hand fight and successfully perform melee defense. So that she could SUBDUE him. This significant lack of oversight would've saved A LOT OF LIVES AND HEARTACHE.

Brian Nichols was not killed in court. He killed a judge, a jailer or bailiff, a man on the street for his truck during his escape.I think that’s it except I believe he seriously beat a jailer. Actually killed more. He turned himself in & why he didn’t get the needle I still don’t understand. Lax security in the jail & courthouse. Everyone in metro Atlanta breathed a sigh of relief when he was taken back into custody.

I remember the case of Brian Nichols. It was a very scary incident indeed! This video did not go into the kidnapping of Ashley Smith and how she convinced him to give himself up to authorities. During the ordeal, she read him parts of the book, "The Purpose Driven Life" that she had been reading and I see now how that made a difference. He had loved books as a child. It is sad to see that he turned out the way he did since he seemed to have started with a foundation that was leading him to better things.

Amedure Scott should have stopped after Jonathan told him he was straight, appreciated and was flattered to know at the show but Amedure pushed him by sending a sexual note at his door step and maybe that makes Jonathan looses his mind and may also think Amedure Scott may do something and was afraid. Now a days we had to be careful with whom we are talking, making fun and dealing with. Maybe for other's the note may not meant anything and may still take as a joke but as a human our way of thinking and likes of things aren't the same and Jonathan wasn't the kind of man who takes this kind as a joke and got offended.

    - The girl looks fake (or highly edited)
    - The hand looks like it belongs to a different man
    - The gun is in an abnormal angle (as if its not pointing straight due to the visible barrel)
    - And the gun has no trigger
I know it's just a subscriber pick, so its fake but I thought I'd point out those things.

For the Brian Nichols case, it seems there was a huge failure in security. They were warned what he might do. They had to have known of his physical and combat ability, which would have been in his record. And yet they had a single, physically-inferior security officer uncuff him?
Brian is responsible for his actions, for sure. But inadequate security policy is responsible for unleashing a violent criminal. [ and I'm blaming policy, not the security officers ]
Is there information that contradicts my interpretation of events?
