Conveyor feeding gyratory crusher

Material is dumped into a hopper and fed into a gyratory crusher by a conveyor. The 42-inch gyratory crusher was used at two other Dolese quarries before being brought to Davis Quarry.

The material is being fed on one side of the crusher this will prematurely ware the eccentric bushing and concave liners that side of the crusher, extend the feed chain to the centre also this type of crusher is designed to be choke feed
