Kick ass Texas Boys!!! One of their biggest hits!!! Welcome to the addiction!!!🎼🎶🎵🤟🤟🤟🤟 With ZZ Top you really need to watch the music videos for their songs!!!! Excellent videos!!!!
We had a hard-hitting satirical comedy puppet show here in the UK, called _Spitting Image_ . Each weekly episode had a song. One week, completely randomly, it was ZZ Top puppets singing _We Got Beards_ . 😂🎸🎸
The song "I gotsta Get Paid", or 25 Lighter's as it's also called please. If you saw the movie "Battleship" you heard this in the lead up to first meeting Lt. Colonel Mick Canales, a double amputee. In my opinion he should have been given the Medal of Honor because he went bareknuckle with that alien and was kicking it's ass! "Hah, 25 lighter's on my dresser, yes sir. I gotsta get paid". A little taste.
This isn't even in the top 20 ZZ Top songs for me. it's from the Stadium Songs era. Eliminator onwards. these albums made them a lot of money and a wider audience, but to my mind they lost their authenticity when they started the keyboard fills etc.
What a pleasure to see a new generation getting into ZZ Top.
I’m 15 and this is my favorite band
THAT FIRST GUITAR SOLO IS THE BEST PART OF THIS SONG THIS HAPPENS TO BE MY #1 FAVORITE SONG 🤘🏻

The music video for this song is an iconic throwback. One of my favorites.
They were reported to have turned down $1,000,000 each to shave their beards. They both instantly said "HELL NO"🤘🤘

The drummer said yes but Gillette said HELL NO! 😂
ZZ Top Blue Jean Blues, Sure Got Cold After The Rain Fell
They refer to theirselves as a small band from Texas and a fun fact Billy Gibbons of this group was friends with Stevie Ray Vaughan
They toured with and supported Jimi Hendrix. who named Billy as his favourite guitarist.
