It was with a way smaller engine but still me and my friends hade a good time with it and raced against each order in something like should be described as time attack on a track in a big tarmac field in a industrial area. Two years later i sold it to a neighbour and he sold it on to a friend of him when he was tired of it. All the people, me, my friends and the later owners of it went to be real petrolheads later in life. Last time I heard of it was like 5 years ago when a friend of me told me that his girlfriends neighbour had it and was looking for a new engine to it.

This is a suzuki GSXR 1100 engine, air/oil cooled. Hayabusa eniges are water cooled and thus have rad's, and you dont see a rad on the kart. hence why its called Gixxer Kart. (GSXR)
Suzuki never made an air/oil cooled hayabusa, so that's obviously NOT a Hayabusa motor. What it IS, is an old GSX-R 1100 motor from any model between 1986 - 1994. (notice it isn't water cooled)
we built one in our welding class, with a honda cbr 600rr engine :) and we mounted a 2 1/2 gallon tank under the seat with a 3/8 inch mild steel protecter plate under it was that safe? if not we can still change it
UA-cam has more helmets WITHOUT face shields than anywhere i've ever seen. and whats with that truck/thing they unloaded the cart from? thank god i live in the United States.
Weight distribution? 5% Front - 95% rear. Too funny, a bit old but still funny, check it out the video of the Gixxekart vs Viper, driven by Sabine Schmitz. Insane . XD

That is indeed a radiator. It is used to cool the oil. As I said before, it's a GSX-R 1100 motor.... GSX-R 1100 had a radiator.
