What an amazing video! I love the reference to Grandy at the end. He was your biggest supporter and always loved watching your videos. We are so bloody proud of you! Not only did you run 100 miles and finish it in a time of 22hrs1minute..... You came 3rd! (1st male in your age group) 🏆 3rd out of 63 people. I couldn't think of a better role model to our boys ❤️🥹 You are and will always be their super hero daddy who runs all these races!🏃♂️ I struggled running with Theo for the last bit 😂 let alone running 100 miles 😅We love you lots and lots with jelly tots on top!🥰 ❤

What a race! Such an inspiring journey Ben, with overcoming the cramp, the stomach issues and being on your own for a lot of the first half is really mentally challenging. Amazing result with hitting the podium and a PB. Elite level crewing from your parents there too 👌 Fantastic achievement, hope the recovery is going well

Just finished watching this with my morning coffee. This was great, Ben. Well done for documenting it all especially when 75k in and bang on 8hrs and cramp in the quads. I really enjoyed it. A great performance all round. 💪💪👍

Great work!!! I ran the 50k and couldn't imaging how sapping the loop around the Longman would have been. I'm now glad I DNF'd at Arundel last year. So I didn't have to face that.

Amazing video Ben! Emotional day, this brought it all back. Your parents and family are total stars supporting you through the race. Nice to have had pacers at the end to get you to the finish line. Good the cramp settled down into to the night, I had the same once temp cooled down. Great run. Two 100s in the bag, and made podium 🙌🏼

Cheers Francois! There were some dark times during the 3rd quarter but Rob and Danielle managed to pull me out and get me to my family for the victory lap. 👍 I have got a 50 miler in September and then the GSW100 in October. 👍
