Hi, I made this after finish the record but check this video on 8:02 ua-cam.com/video/2E1Hu9n_PcE/v-deo.html that's the same thing, i'ts just the Water node in SD.
Hey, today I've started to learn substance designer work flow and on start of tutorial I've faced a problem. Would you tell me what are those nedes selected at 3.15? I would be greatful
i saw this stylized materials for long time and they are pretty awesome. and these guys are pretty amazing. BUT WARNING!! if you are planning to put it in the game engine like unity or unreal tessellation will cost soo much of your performance.
You don't need to use tessellation with this material, you could just use the material Nd allow the normal to look like its raised or even use a bump offset using the height map which isn't too costly
insane. Are the textures made with this tileable? that's like, super important. I'm deciding if i should learn this or houdini next, to improve my Unity shenaniganz
Hi! I was wondering if you could tell me which nodes come after 1:03. The ones connecting to blend is hidden, sorry I'm new to designer and I'm trying to follow your video. :D
@@Kalyson Sorry for being a bother. I'm not sure if I explained that correctly. I was able to follow the steps up until the 1 minute mark. You connected a blend mode with another blend mode but I don't know what those nodes are. At 1:06 it looks like a normal map.
@@junellebalanon2990 Hello, I don't know if you still need this but it seems like a blend node connected to a normal node into the normal that controls the 3D viewport(you get them if when you open a file you select PBR (Metallic/Roughness)). The blend is also connected to a hbao node into the ambient occlusion one and then the blend also straight into the height node. That's what worked for me:) Sorry if I'm not using the right terminology I'm very new to designer.
friend, thanks for doing these tutorials, I really learn a lot, please continue, greetings from mexico
this is amazing, you did great with the mix of stones and grass! keep up =)
It does not show where the blend node is connected at 1:00 and I cant preview the tiles in cube object.
perfect time-lapse speed to follow along!
Awesome!
Can you make a tutorial on how you get those marmoset renders that you show in the beginning ?
ok, I'll do that :)
@@Kalyson Was that tutorial ever made? Can I view it somewhere?
