We always learn new techniques watching Chef Bruno's videos. Even the recipes that you might be familiar with, he teaches you how to make them even better and better. He has the talent to make elaborate tasks look so simple, and knows how to inspire his viewers. He's truly unique!
I can tell you as a foodie who is passionate about cooking and baking that you won't find any Chef like that on the Food Network, the Cooking Channel, or any UA-cam Channel for that matter. He's simply the best.
On a side note: His kid is so cute and adorable, and deserves every dish Papa makes for him :)
I am a belgian chef myself and yes bruno albouze is the real deal.
These videos are the best: easy, short, and concise without all that little shit chat some people do (sometimes to include details for beginners and others, just because these egomaniacs can't stop blabbering). These are especially good for someone with some experience cooking, they are gorgeous and seem pretty easy.
This guy's hilarious, he somehow does both THE BEST, most incredibly talented cooking, and is the biggest goofball at the same time.
Bruno puts so much effort into his videos , I have recently become a fan of Bruno but I'm said that the UA-cam algorithm didn't favour him .

I’ve been reviewing different recipes for the apple tart and kept thinking that the recipes scream for a bit of vanilla but alas, none of them had it.
You Bruno Albouze, are the only chef that add a bit of vanilla and that’s why you LEAD among chefs.
Good recipe. Better than the standard recipe where the apples fall out half the time and the pastry mounds over each piece of apple! Great job!

I made both, and they were fabulous! For the peach one, I made the sweet dough using gluten free flour, and it turned out very well.

I never would have thought to use Challah as a substitute pie crust! I baked challah for the first time ever this past December. (Never made bread before, so I was quite proud). I used it for french toast, but next time I make it, I'll have to try this :) I may cheat and just buy it... Bread baking is not for the impatient, like me. :/ Thank you!

En effet, un détail de cette taille devait être signale, en tous les cas c'est plus un chef Mr Bruno mais un artiste gastronomique et culinaire de niveau international qui devrait (er cela n'engage que moi) avoir sa propre émission de télé, d'ailleurs je suis sur et certain qu'il aura , sincèrement bravo pour ce qu'il fait

hey bruno...great video bro...tried it today and my family loved it...but i had a problem...the pie crust or the base was falling apart when i was slicing it...can u help me with that....i mean is it supposed to be like that or what did i do wrong...?

The pastry is always a bit crumbly everytime I have made Tart Tatin. Likely because the caramel and apple juices cook the underside of it....Even a poorly made tatin is still a good one. It's almost like eating a caramel apple with flaky pastry :) Do not neglect serving it with Vanilla ice cream!

What kind of pan are you using here?
He uses two: for the peach tart tatin he was using a Mauviel M'stone3 non-stick aluminum "frying pan" (skillet), which has an anodized surface and an induction-compatible bottom, and for the apple tart tatin he was using a non-stick round cake pan. The one he was using was darker than what I usually use for cakes, but would be perfect for this tart tatin as well as for pan pizza, cinnamon rolls, etc. I couldn't tell the brand for sure, but it might have been a Chicago Metallic Non-Stick 9" Round Cake Pan.
