It's like watching Eric Clapton reviewing his gears 😄
Thought that was Eric Clapton at first!
🤔🤨
The best review for this pedal!
Not a shabby pedal for the price.
Damn Straight! That Jimmy is one badass hombre!
Lovely sounding pedal! I have some great pro gear and top line pedals but that hasn't stopped me buying this :D
Did it come with a ground problem? To much noise even when turned off or low gain?
Good revew for this pedal, thank you for the Beatles, Hendrix tone. I purchase the pedal, and i am happy with this pedal.
Right on Vlad. Glad it was helpful.
They do a blues breaker clone too. Equally as cheap but maybe sounds a good. I use it more than this one. No idea how authentic the circuits are but I’m happy.
Just bought a v2 of this by DemonFX, thanks for the helpful demo' , Jimmy!
Thanks for your review. Bought one and really very happy with it. Ts9 and ts808 sound both pretty accurate imho, i prefer the ts808, but just a matter of taste. Both settings do the trick. GJ mate :)
Did it come with any ground problem? To much noise even when turned off or low gain?
@@juandiegoferreira889 no ground/noise problems here ;)
@@ArmandWijskamp you bought the green version right?
Yes
What about joyo vintage overdrive?
I bought one, ordered another one after playing through it..... These are awesome! I'll have one for lead and one for rhythm
I have bought one Ryan but I find an incredibly noisy buzz/drone before I even play a note. It is quite intrusive..I am wondering is it the pedal or my equipment ?. Is yours the same ?
@@Merseyjuke unless my amp gain is maxed and I turn the pedal drive all the way up (which there's no need for, it's too mush) no. I just tried both of my Demons 1 at a time and the only issue I see is a pop when I hit the button on the pedal..... But when I'm playing you don't hear it, and my amp is naturally noisy.... Both pedals sounds identical, so I give them an "A" for consistency.
If the overlay image of the pedal was updated to match the settings as he demoed them, that one change alone would make this video worth more than 10x the views.
Tut
I don't mind paying 2k for a Gibson Explorer and then plug it into a 200 dollar tube amp and a bunch of cheap Chinese pedals, no sir. If it sounds good it sounds good. The cheaper the pedals, the more money I have left to buy guitars. Just got me an Epiphone SG P90, a Tele is next on my list.
Very good sound man! I’ll get one
You forget to update the settings on the pedal graphic overlay? Lol
Oopsies.
What do you guys think between this and the 2 version (red one) with the Keeley mod?..
Does it have the true ts9 and 808 circuit with the jrc4558 chip?
Exact same Ibanez circuit and even a better quality capacitors if I'm not mistaken
I have a problem for the demon pedal produce too loud of noises..It is normal?
The original TS808 and TS9 were literal hiss factories!
Power supply
I have bought one but I find an incredibly noisy buzz/drone before I even play a note. It is quite intrusive. I am wondering is it the pedal or my equipment ?. Is yours the same ?
just got one. Same problem. Did you find a solution?
9 v battery connected works fine.
I've just got one and I've only used battery so far but no noise, I did have another Chinese pedal that got noisy when you attach a PSU instead of a battery though. It could be that, I'll try the PSU on mine when I get a chance
@@restojon1 any luck on stopping the buzz?
Friend, does this key work in practice?
I want to know if there is any difference in sound.
Mine is brand new it doesn't turn ON
Got one of these & it's a great od,
Although I can't hear much, if any difference switching between the ts9 & 808 setting.
It is very subtle, but they're not the same. It's more obvious when you play with your volume pot. The ts808 setting doesn't get so hot. It keeps a nice creamy tone. The ts9 setting sounds pretty close at full tilt, but the moment you back off on the volume and play more expressively, the differences pop right out.
Did it come with a ground problem? To much noise even when turned off or low gain?
Does it come in a plastic or metal enclosure?
Hey Zuzzi, it's metal.
There's a LOT of travel in your picking motion. You rock, tho!
WOW
