I made this three different times the first with the old recipe and the last two with this current one. They all tasted really delicious but the second time I made them I used brown butter and I think that it reduced too much because the batter ended up being really thick, and not as Runny as theirs. So the third time I ended up adding an additional 3 tablespoons of butter, which ended up being perfect if you want to go to the brown butter route. Also, the baking powder doesn’t really seem to make much of a difference. I also cooked them for five minutes less the third time because the second batch were really dry but again, that could be from the butter reducing . I added more salt too and it made it taste like salted caramel 🤤. 4.8/5
This was the best recipe I think I’ve ever followed, all my past dessert attempts were all fails but this was the one. The blondies tasted great I’ll definitely make this again!!!
I've recently started following you after using a recipe of yours (a couple of them now!). Thanks for all your great tips you offer in the videos. I'm curious if you share any links to some of your kitchen tools online somewhere?
Hello, I just tried baking this. The batter came out soft even after I baked it after 30 mins and let it sit in the oven until it completely cooled down. Is that normal? I did add 4 grams more of the butter (because of the way I cut the last piece) but I don't think that should affect it that much. It looks a tad undercooked but kt tastes AMAZING tho.
Hi there, we are so happy they tasted amazing, these are definitely soft after baking, but should not be raw. You may have needed another 2 to 3 minutes in the oven before taking them out. The extra 4 grams of butter would not have changed things.
Guys I've found that if ur making this without brown sugar and using white sugar if u don't have any add slightly less white sugar as it makes it a little dry

When I combine the butter and brown sugar it’s always really water no matter what I do anyway to fix this
Self rising flour?
You can use it, they will be a bit taller and more cakey in the middle.
🎉🎉💯
Without egg how to do mam?
We are working on an eggless brownie in our test kitchen. Keep an eye out!
