i took battery out and put under drivers seat where it belongs and cut the holder out and made that job a whole lot easier 👍
My 2022 you can get belt over secondary no problem. Makes it easier

I had 1200 miles on my belt and mine looked good too when I had it in the shop. I was going to have them put a new one on (they cost $200 they told me) but it looked good said they just put the old one back on it
200 is steep. You can get the gates carbon belt for 99$ and sometimes less. 40G3691

Are gates carbon belts just as good as stock? I just picked up my 2021 ZForce 800 trail, and would like to purchase a spare belt. I have heard that none of the aftermarket belts hold up.

Yes they are. They hold up. People just don’t know how to drive 😂 they like to do everything in high gear climb hills hit mud etc and its ALL WRONG 😂

I have a question I have a UFORCE 1000xl 2023 and it's leaking transmission fluid on Driver side toward back of the skid plate underneath and tried to fill it up and was leaking can't tell were at for sure what do you think only have 215 miles?

I have a 2019 zforce 550, and evertime i begin to drive slowly it shakes like crazy. But when i begin to drive faster is doesnt shake.

Thats normal thats the clutch grabbing can’t really drive too slow have to take off pretty good wven mentions that in the manual

There is. You would need to check your owners manual as they are different per machine.

Hi thank you so much for all your videos. Is this unit a 800 ex? I starded this proyect on mine is a 2017 800 ex and after a few hours i just gave up could not get the secondary to come off is hitting on the chassis and just not enough room to pull it out. Took battery and cover off but still no luck dont know what im doing wrong.
Yes 800ex. You have to get it just right it will come out

Tap it it will pop off. It’s just sticking in the threads.

I just changed mine and started with a little clutch rattle when idling down in park. Put it in high and gave it half throttle and got a bad screech noise and it stopped and and wouldn’t move anymore. I’ll have to wait until I can open it back up again
My guess is you didnt get the clutch lined up on the shaft correctly

@@R.N.GPerformance well the cushion plate with the yellow bushings on primary is bad. Spline grooves are worn on inside. Waiting to hear back from the dealer if they will warranty the part. Ugh never fails

How did you get that clutch cover off without taking half the plastics off the back of the cab drivers side? My zforce 500 told me NO when I tried to today. Got all the bolts off but the front of the cover doesn’t have clearance to be removed???
This is the 800 the 800 you dont have to. But as for the 500 i trimmed the plastic check that video out 😂

No secondary is reverse threads if I remember correctly.
Thanks for the video. I have a 2021 zforce 500 with 90 miles on it. I find sometimes it doesn't want to go into gear when I shift to low after starting her up. It's like it gets in between gears and I have to really jam it in gear. Any ideas of what may need adjusting? Thank you.
Shifter cable may need adjustment witch is normal for first service. Dont jam it you will bend the shifter fork.

Exactly. Not necessary and more work then needed.

That would be the one way bearing the 800 don’t have that.

Thanks for your reply...we have good battery....we road hard this weekend and lots of water and mud...we did blow fan fuse. I replaced it back up and running.. but that's when EFI started flashing when turn key on...do I need to take it in and diagnose it ? Yes/ no ? Great u tube videos buy the way...huge help...
Your welcome. If you can count the flashes it will give you a code. 99% of the time it’s low voltage related. I’ve seen brand new batteries cause it also. But you need that code for sure. Thank you 😊

Man as mentioned above, I changed mine with a ultimax belt. Started it up and gave it alittle gas in park and had a little clutch rattle when it was idling down, put it in high gear and gave it gas and it made a screech noise and then wouldn’t move anymore.... I’ll have to open it back up tommarow.... ugh
