Just got an oil filter and o-ring from them and they included a personal note thanking me for the order. You don’t see that much anymore. I will be ordering a belt from you soon. Support this family if you can. They seem like really good people. And the belts are cheapest here. I have been to the end of the internet looking. 😊
I must have gotten a GOOD one then... I have a lil over 500 miles on my Ultimax on our 2023 950 HO EX and it still runs and looks like new. I DID break it in properly however...?@@R.N.GPerformance
2200 miles on my ufroce 1000 and 1950 miles on my cfroce 800 both with original belts, 30 inch tires on both machines with a Clutch kits mountain riding
I have 2600 miles on my first belt and the last day on the dunes it was smoking. Time for a new one. Hate to pay the price but going with OEM for sure. I for one don't want to be deep in the woods and stranded
Gates redline and gates gforce c12 are awesome belts. Have you tested them? The regular gates are not near as good. I have also seen lots of junk belts over the years. Moose. Highlighter. Regular gates. Ext.ext
@@jasonmilam9930I agree with you my stock belt was done at just 300 miles, I put on my tried and trusted epi extreme and don't have any concerns with it now
Quick question I just bought a 2023 Uforce 1000 3 seater if I install the CF Moto half doors like you got, can I keep my U-shaped shoulders bars on I really like the support they provide & how they keep me from sliding also are the brakes mediocre at best because they seem pretty terrible compared to the Polaris commercial that I drive at work
is it going to be some kind of power assist like a vaccume/power steering booster? or are the brakes themselves upgraded like a dual piston? Ether way is freakin awesome that your involved with the process.
I have a 600 Touring with stock tires on it. It already have a primary kit and I was looking to add some more low end to midrange power, do you have anymore suggestions on what mods could help the low end out on these?
Just got a zforce 950 sport ho traded wolverine 850 I just ride trails nothing like what you do how long should a belt last, I do put alot of miles on my wolverine had 6800 miles in 3 yr,
Would you recommend OEM belts for all machines I have a RZR 900 trail i have no idea how many miles is on my belt I Know you are a CF moto guy I bought what i could find thanks you
Steve, I am going to get an OEM belt but I also heard of the Worlds Best Belt. I know SXSblog that's all they use in there machines. Do they make one for CFMOTO and if so have you tried it?
They use GBoost belts yes I have tried 3 of them all 3 didn’t last but 260 miles using all 3 and that was on my 800 I bet they wouldn’t last 20 miles in a 1000. Not all machines are the same, clutches are different. I find that the trail block clutch in the CFMOTO needs a specific belt with specific measurements etc and all I’ve found to be the best is oem I don’t exactly know why but at the end of the day it works and works well.
Yeah. We used to recommend Ultimax. We no longer recommend Ultimax as explained in this video. I haven’t updated my Amazon store in sooo long lol. I’m actually going to delete that amazon store now that I have my website I just haven’t had the time. Www.rngperformance.net if you want to stay up to date on everything we have there.
Expensive but yankum ropes made right here in Idaho are the best. That machine broke because the shock load on the "Tow" strap is extreme. It should be used for that. Kinetic or winch in that situation.
Everything should have a Yamaha ultramatic transmission and belt drive system. I like my CFmoto but the clutch system is no match for my past Yamaha’s.
I don’t doubt your findings in any way, but I have to question, not you, but the belt industry in general. You can be certain that CF Moto does not make the belt. They have somebody making it to their specifications. There are lots of very reputable belt manufacturing companies. They build belts for machinery, that handle, much more power and much more heat. So why are we paying CF Moto an over inflated price for a belt that they’re buying from somebody else? I just find it so hard to believe that companies like gates, and Ultramax that build belts, that is their business, they build belts. Why are their belts not better?

i never had any problem with ultimax belts in my Polaris turbo. but like you said that was over a year ago.
Right. Ultimax used to be my go to belt at one time because it at one time was just as good as these OEM ones.

Good info as always Steve!
Thank you 🙏
Great info
I can confirm and agree. Ive run and broke all the belts. The OEM by Far took thee most abuse of all everytime.
Yes sir. Exactly.
I got 2000 mi out of oem belt and what finished it off was pulling an international 444 up over a bank lol so no complaints 👍
Lol no doubt about that for sure that’s work 💯
Yay! Another RNG video! 👋😉👍

Lol. Thanks brother
OEM belts are pretty tough, stock belt on my 2023 machine has 963 miles on it and still going strong (knock on wood)
No doubt.

No those have to come off Yeah the brakes suck. We’re trying to fix that.
What is involved with the brake upgrade?
I’ll have information soon. After my testing I’ll have kits available for purchase.

Wet clutch I’m assuming. CVT with wet clutch are much much easier on belts.
Why build one with dry clutch?
