My goal is definitely to move my body every single day! Loose 5 pounds and organize specific places in my home every day💜💜💜 oh and meditate 🦋💙
One of my goals is to get my mental health on track. I took a chunk by booking an appointment with a local psychiatrist. I feel like this one is a longer than 31 day goal though but I got the ball rolling? I guess?
Can't wait!! I just discovered Angie a couple of months ago and WOW my motivation has gone through the roof! Thank GOD for directing me to this channel!

I’m not going to lie I’m having a very difficult time setting up goals for myself. I think I get so lost in my kids and husband I kinda forgot and now that I’m thinking for me I’m not sure what I really want. One goal for me that I did get down however is to workout everyday of October which I will chunk with losing 5lbs in a month (5lbs seems realistic).
You sound like such a caring person. Remember YOU matter so much yourself too. Way to go making yourself more of a priority this month by doing something for you ❤️ you deserve that!

You're not alone! I think a lot of moms fall into this trap of focusing on everyone but themselves, and ultimately losing themselves in the process. It's crazy when you realize you have no goals beyond losing weight, organizing the house, and reducing the chaos of family life. You got this! 5 lbs is so realistic and I hope you were able to hit that and more!
It can be difficult when you have so much stuff floating around. At the same time, your husband and kids are very fortunate to have someone who cares about them as much as you do. I hope that you realize how valuable you are and that you reach your goals.
I also suggest looking into Getting things done by David Allen if you are not already familiar with it. He has you write down everything that is drawing your attention so that you can have a plan of attacking it. When you write down everything, it not only clears your mind a little, but projects and goals that you may have forgotten about also start to surface. There is much more to it, but it is very helpful when you have a lot of stuff going on and it has certainly helped me.
I just recently found you here on utube watching organizational videos, which is kinda weird to me. But now I'm addicted to your inspiration. I've been searching for some kind of Reboot in my life. I'm super excited to this 31 days. Your newest fan from a small town in Texas.

My first goal is to be as confident in myself as you are. That is my favorite thing about you.
Been feeling in a bit of a slump overall lately so today I starting round 2 of The Daily Grind!
I'm starting this pretty late, but I have a month left into my workout challenge with my trainer so what perfect timing for another challenge that will help me in the long run :)
My Goals:
1) Less Grudgeful
2) I want to feel centered and in control of my feelings/reactions
3)I want to be able to put myself first and NOT feel bad about it
4) Journaling daily
5) Get 7-8 hours of restful sleep
6)Check in with someone who I care about everyday
7) I want to love myself better
8)Learn how to cook a full on meal
9) 10 good form strong pushups
10) Decide on what school/Major I'll be applying to this year for fall 2021

Angie! I am starting late- as i just found this.. but i'm starting today! This is perfect like i've read below i get lost in my kids and husband ON TOP of me finally getting off of the night shift for 8 years. So i'm ready for ME, to find and do more for me!

Angie, I really want to thank you so much for having made these videos. I am on my second round of watching them and I have to say that a lot has changed for me in just 31 days. From my work ethic to what I spend my time doing, I honestly couldn't say that I would be at this point right now, if it hadn't been for you. In this past month I started a blog for Blogmas and look to buy my domain soon. Wish me luck and see you on Day 31 of this new journey.
I must have rewinded this and watched it like 5 times lol just didn't want to miss a thing and I really enjoy following step by step as well as going back to refresh and get new ideas during a brain storm....So excited for this next 31 days....Im also reading The Magic this month along with following along with a 30 days of empowerment group... 2 full moons one on the first day of the month and one on the last should be an epic month... one for the books. Also excited to share I will be conducting a ceremony for two friends on Halloween. This is a perfect way to get into a great headspace for that moment. I want to be in a focused peaceful space when I join together a couple for life 🥰 Thank you Thank you Thank you for providing so much value and enrichment to my life !!

(must be on list 7 days before I'm allowed to buy it) (3) Journal 10mins Everyday (4) Find My Schedule (5) Run 10mins Straight (6) Finish Assignments Early (college student-gradual increase in what "early" means) (7) Make Bed Everyday (8) Watch 1 TFD Video a Week (9) Text a Friend Everyday (10) Complete 90% To Do List Everyday (normally there are less than 5 items so I'd have to do them all)

1 bite out of 1 goal: today (Oct 5) I ran for 2 minutes nonstop on Day1 of training for 5K (goals 1,5,&10)

One of my goals is to sweat or stretch [stole that idea from you but LOVE IT] every single day. I’m in Melbourne still in strict lockdown and by month 7 of the city being shutdown collectively we’ve all become tireder and tireder and just going for a walk is a battle. My business is thriving during this time and I’ve pulled my mental health back to a normal state but moving every day! Omg it’s been a battle! But I’m committed.

Leila El Allaui we totally have this. Starting my day with this and the glorious weather was an absolute treat. Also my favourite restaurant finally reopened for takeaway so got to enjoy a fun little outing to pick it up. Hope you’re surviving!!! The sweat or stretch thing now more than ever just needs to be the focus. If I go to IGA in my pjs and thongs one more time I’m gonna die. Need to get moving so I’m not a sloth.

Daily Grind take two!!
Goals...
Complete exercise program (started on Monday done everyday so far) it is a 21 day programme so that my work uniform is not too tight (goal 2). Meal plan and prep every week so that I don’t get in from work and just cook fast food (goal3).
You should create a YT membership site for a monthly fee so we can do this every month!
Starting with the daily grind program today! My biggest goal is to work out at least 3 times a week!

I decided to start this daily grind and give myself a chance to complete the 31 day challenge. I know I am starting late but better late than never. Super excited to see how far I go!

All righty - let's DO this!!! My main goal is to wake up before 8AM (that's early for me!) at least 51% of this month... so at least 16 days. Why? So I can get more done, be more chill, have more focus, have more clarity and ownership of my day before it gets taken away. That's the base/feeder goal for all other goals. Im starting medical school this week, so I’m ready for all the goal setting strategies🙌🏼
Not gonna lie it is like 12:40am on 10-10 but i am just starting this today. And already i am able to visualize how a few of my goals will lead into others. Like I started a book a while ago and one goal I have is to finish a chapter a week in my book. This leads into my fitness goal as I write best by walking around and audibly speaking my book then transcribe it. And so on and so forth. So excited.
Three goals for October for myself:
1. Complete Couch to 5k by October 21st (three runs a week)
2. Start my day with gratitude practice.
3. Find a new job with stable income (I work in the travel sector and I’ve been made part time.)
I take my 9 day vacation from work October 30th and I am going to relax and binge on your videos and I feel like that will give me a good game plan to get started I want to really be able to focus‼️ I can’t wait for ME Time 🙌🏻❣️
I needed this more than I realized. I just started working out and bought a new journal to record everything in. Angie, you are amazing!
I am excited to do this. I am 6 months pregnant and have been trying to set myself up to be able to work from home so I can spend more time with my newborn and I am stuck on devising the right plan. This Goal setting workshop came right on time. You’re an angel! 🤗😇

Wow! Angie! Thank you so much for doing this series!! You're so generous! Just wrote out my 10 goals. Big ones are going to bed right when I get home after my evening work shift and getting up by 8:45am and working on my Amazon business for 2 hours a day. So stoked for these 31 days!

This is definitely the motivation I need to get myself to get up an extra hour a day and use that time for me time before the kids get up and I have to put all my attention on them. I wanna take that hr to start doing a little yoga as a start to hopefully help with my through the roof anxiety. It may not help but I wanna be able to say I tried! 😁👏🏼

I’m starting a new full time job Monday on top of full time online classes with a big commute to work so I was a bit nervous, but what a great thing and timing!! So many other awesome people striving for goals, showing up every day and moving the needle right there with me! I’ll be exhausted but not alone!
