These tutorials are for people like myself who want to learn to do our own nails. They are very helpful. They aren't being know it all's, they are just showing how they do it. All you have to do is watch the different videos & pick the one you would like to use. I'm so glad they have them!!! Good job, all who take the time to make these videos for us newbies, keep up the good work!!!😊😊
Helen really knows her stuff. I'm not a big advocate of the nail drill, I was taught with hand files, but you can tell she's experienced enough to take care with the nail bed. A lot of salons that use the drill could benefit from her tutorial. Well done.
This has to be by far the BEST tutorial I have ever watched. And trust me...I have watched a lot!!! So simple, informative, relaxing and wonderfully narrated. I was planning on letting my natural nails grow and stop using acrylic on myself. But, now, I am going back! Thank you so much.
This was such a great tutorial, and so refreshing after watching other tutorials with people messing it up. I ended up buying everything on eBay && amazon for less than $100. I saw some other tutorials that had spent $100 or more at beauty supply stores like Sally's in the US, && just to let everyone know go online && buy it all. I bought very high quality brands for very cheap && found many accessories not sold in stores. I did my own acrylic for the first time with this video very easily.
I wanted to take the time and say how much I enjoy all of the rituals tutorials y'all post. They are very informative and is it odd they I find them relaxing to watch? lol Thank you again! Big hugs and kisses from Texas!!
you guy should make more acrylic nail tutorials i like watching your tutorials because you guy are clear with the step and your acrylic nail or fills come out great
Oh thank you so much. I hope it's a little bit warmer in Ireland than it is here in London. We are still waiting for the winter to end. Hope your weekend is filled with happiness. Hugs from us over here.. Helen & Tony
Hey I'm 16 and I plan to maybe one day go to nail techn school! You have showed me so much! I've been inspired to do nails since I was in 5th grade and evening since this year my grandma died I used nail art or nails in general to cope. I love doing nails and hope to be as good. Thanks for the amazing tutorials!:)
Jennsy big thank you as we need the feedback because this type of tutorial takes many days to make. Me doing the nails is the easy part but Tony's work load is unbelievable. He makes and edits the video, writes the music, does the photography.... We are not expecting everybody to become professional nail techs, we just hope that by watching tutorials like this they can see where they are going wrong. We just got hope that our other supporters like the tutorial. Big hugs... Helen & Tony
We are really pleased we could be of help and a really big thank you for the feedback. Hope you have a wonderful weekend. Hugs from us in London. Helen & Tony
Hi Katie, What you have to keep in the back of your mind is that one day it will be easy for you and it will become second nature. Of course you will have those moments when you think it is impossible but we have all had those times. Just keep practising and before you know it you will be doing fabulous acrylics. Practice everyday is a must. Just think of the future when you have your own business..! Hugs.. Helen & Tony
Love all the videos, so helpful!! I need to get better at applying acrylic nails. Hoping with your vids all get better at it. Like you said"Practice makes perfect" 🙌👌👍
I really love your tutorials. They are easy to follow and informative. I plan on doing nail and going to school for it. Thanks for sharing this tutorial:))
your guy's videos are awesome! Also I ordered that buffing cream as soon as I finished watching the video that was the first I ever seen it and I been getting my nails done forever.
love it!! My first try was terrible, but my second and third was better. Thank you for a great video. I am starting school for nail tech on oct 7th!! Cant wait!
Hi Tella, We are happy to know you enjoy our tutorial and thank you so much for taking a moment send us a comment. From us here in London we send you a huge HUG.. Helen & Tony
It's strange because Tony was talking about you yesterday also. Mary we hope you enjoyed the Easter break with your family but it's come and gone so quickly. Thank you so much liking our tutorial it really is great to get feedback from you. Hugs from us here in London.. Helen & Tony
Great to hear you are thinking of doing a small business from home. The sooner you begin practising the sooner you will start your business. Keep in touch and big hugs from us in London... Helen & Tony
What kills me are people who get on these "how to" videos, and start going on about the right and the wrong way. No one cares if you're a student, pro or whatever. This is their way if doing it and it works for them. If you have another way, then by all means post your own video. There are sooooo many ways to do nails. Even in the salons, each tech has their own apply of appling a full set or a design.
I totally agree! why does certain ppl have to reply with rude comments and act like they know more than anybody! you were so right when you said everybody has their own style, and instead of replying with rude comments like you know it all, just make ya own video and then you can tell everyone on your own video how you know more than everyone else about how to do nails!
I love watching your videos. And the background music is so relaxing. can you do a tutorial of how to do almond nails. I'm going to school for nails in the fall so I'm watching different techniques.
Hi Genevieve, Huge thank you for your support... Yes I like my acrylic nails to look natural, but some of our clients want them to look thick. We do what ever the client requires. It is best to learn how to apply acrylic nails with the natural look or the slightly thicker look. Huge hugs from the both of us... Helen & Tony
Love the videos already and I just subscribed today and already have learned a lot to better my technique ! But if it's not too much could you tell me what type of tips you're using, monomer, and acrylic powder
I love this video so complete beautifull and relaxing in my opinion. I have a question...Can I use the soft cotton drill as last step without using the buffing cream with it? Only the soft drill for shine without adding buffing cream to the nail.
Anna much respect and a big thank you for the fabulous comment. We do hope everybody else has the same opinion as we do try are best and this tutorial is many days work. Big HUGS from us in London.... Helen & Tony
Hi Ricardo, At the moment we don't do classes but in the future we will be. At the moment we are setting up a new salon and once we have settled in we will be looking into it. Thank you so much for the positive feedback. Hugs from us in London... Helen & Tony

amazing, thank you so much. i want to get train as nail tech and this videos are incredibly helpful :) its all look so easy tho...and i know its not going to be ;)
Yes we are showing the viewers how we do it with the Q-French Cutter. We can do it using the brush but it is good for people to see an alternative way. Both ways using the brush or the Q-French are done by professionals and we would say it is good to learn both ways. The nail industry is forever coming up with new ideas and we always have an open mind. The same as you some we like and some we don't. Most importantly we send you a big thank you for your feedback. Big hugs from us Helen & Tony
Hi, your videos are awesome and so helpful :) I love the brush being used in the videos but they are hard to find :( where do you get your brushes from and what is your brand of acrylic preference?

You can if wish use a topcoat.
Using buffing cream adds that touch of luxury but of course the shine won't last as long as topcoat.
It's all a matter of choice.
Thank you so much for your question and we hope you have a wonderful weekend.
