Bro you were destined to find J-hope :) This stage is J-hope's solo debut stage! It's his first time performing on his own !! He has always been performing as BTS until last year when they announced they're going to go military one by one, and the BTS as the group will be back as a group in 2025 !!

I feel like you will like "BTS Busan concert 2022" as well. It was held after Lollapalooza and the same band performed there (The whole thing is available on YT without getting blocked) It was lit !!
The Busan concert had a different band, but the same musical director, the second musician J-hope introduced, Asaf.
JHope is truly one of a kind! His artistry, creativity, poetry, dedication and passion is out if this world! I'm not even talking about his rapping, singing and dancing skills!
There's a clip from their Las Vegas concert a couple of years ago where a couple of guys in the band noticed there were a lot of men at the concert. So, V (one of the BTS members) asked all the women to make some noise and then asked all the men to make some noise. BTS's reactions were so wholesome and shocked by how loud/how many men were at the concert. They were thrilled! I don't think they realized until then just how versatile their fans had become.
They had never separated the cheers between the men and women before, so didn't realize how many men were attending their concerts and had become fans.

The members took a hiatus to pursue their own solo projects in an effort to find themselves, work solo, grow, and then they will serve un the military and then in 2025 come back even more strong and more creative as a group. They are asking their fans to trust them and they will return. They are pursuing their temporary solo journeys. Sugar is set to go on an International sell-out tour in April, Jimin has a song coming out in a couple of days and did a great collaboration with Big Bang (veteran Korean rapper), JK sang the opening song at the World Cup ceremony and collaborated with Charlie Puth on a song, V is starting on TV shows, etc.

During some of their group concerts, they all did one solo song.
If you want to see another J-Hope solo performance, look for MAMA 2022 J-Hope (MMA and MAMA are awards shows, BTS performances are exceptional, but the one that is simply spectacular is MMA 2019)
Even if you're young, you did a perfect analysis about the reasons that make people over 40 loving BTS. They brought the good music back to our lives (I'm 65). Good lyrics, good rhythms, seven talented ARTISTS!

Best concert of 2022. I've seen the whole concert at least five times and each time I enjoy it even more. And bonus, watching new fans watch it for the first time makes it even better!
His mixtape Hope world is inspired by Cole world. This has the song Hope world, and your favorite, piece of peace. j-hope is a chameleon as he does sound and look different each song. That is why you can't define him by one song and he is an amazing presence on stage. He is their dance leader but individually BTS are all ridiculously talented. That is why as a group they have had such success. For more diversity with j-hope I would catch 1 Verse. For the rap line, there is so many but their live performances are amazing. Outro tear Wembley live, Ma city, Cypher medley live. Actually the Busan concert would give you an amazing look at all the members. The options are endless once you go down the rabbit hole. They have endless dance videos. j-hopes boy meets evil is an amazing rap song but everyone gets taken in by his choreo. It is a short intense video. Yes he had a choreographer Sienna Lalau, she’s the tall lady in the pink tank top and white pants. She also choreographed BTS’ On Kinetic Manifesto video. Hobi practiced for many hours a day to prepare for this concert. You might enjoy the dance practice video for Lollapalooza.
As for nerves, he did a livestream after this performance and mentioned the pressure he felt.
Sienna Lalau is the choreographer and the girl dancing with blond hair. She works with The Lab from Los Angeles, and is J-Hope's and BTS's dance crew when they are in The USA. And J-Hope works with Sienna to create a choreography that works for him. This is actually his very first solo debut concert. Think about that for a moment. J-Hope's solo debut is at Lollapalooza to a crowd of fans of over 70,000 to 100,000 people + over 20 Million online that veiwed it through Weverse and HULU. That is how loved he is. And I know there were a lot of fans that wanted to go and couldn't like myself. I'm a 57 year old ARMY that has seen BTS in concert twice at their stadium concerts (with my husband as well). And they really are amazing. You should also check out the other members of the group, I'm sure you will like at least some of them as well. J-Hope doesn't have many "official solo" performances. But I will link some for you, as well as some solo's with BTS. All of these will have English Subtitles.

I used to listen to rap, but you hit it on the head when you said that the negativity that is spewed in many rap songs these days, I just can’t listen anymore. But with j-hope (and the BTS rap line), I get to listen to rap but with great messaging! Then you add the dance and performance… just nothing better!

There's a Disney Plus movie about this concert and his jack in the box album. There is also a Behind and a Weverse Live. Jimin flew to Chicago to support Hobi in his first time ever headlining a concert solo. The guys have all been very busy making their own solo music before serving in the military. They announced they would be focusing on solo projects for a while last June, although they did a free concert in Busan, Korea together as BTS in October to support S Korea's World Expo bid. J-Hope was the first to release his solo album and the first to headline a concert solo (Lollapalooza). Jungkook did a collab with Charlie Puth, Left and Right. Vocal line did a song with Benny Blanco and Snoop, Bad Decisions. Namjoon featured on Korean indie artist Balming Tiger's song Sexy Nukim. Then Jin released a single The Astronaut and performed with ColdPlay in Arjintina, right before enlisting. JungKook did the World Cup song Dreamers and performed at the opening ceremony in Qatar. NamJoon released his solo album Indigo which included several features including Erykah Badu and Anderson Paak, and did several performances including a small intimate free performance in Korea for just a couple hundred Armys. Now J-Hope has just recently announced he's begun the enlistment process and released On The Street with J. Cole. Namjoon just earlier today featured on another indie Korean artist's song, Smoke Sprite. And Jimin's solo album Face is out next week, with a pre release single Set Me Free pt 2 dropping at in a couple days. Army and Bangtan are BUSY. (it's possible I forgot something so if I did feel free to add, Armys. I was only including music because adding the brand deals and other content would be another novel)

45:27 BTS didn't start doing solo concerts until recently. J-Hope and the other members are now releasing their solo albums/songs before they go to the military. Jin (a member of BTS) is currently in the military (He enlisted last year in December) after he released his song called the Astronaut and preformed with the group Coldplay which he looks up to as well. Jin and J-Hope are the only ones who've had solo performances so far in front of a large crowd with their new songs, but Suga (another member of BTS also known as his name AGUST D) is going on a solo tour soon. I love how all of the members are able to collaborate with their idols after all of this long time of hard work and looking up to them. They deserve this so much. Not enough words could describe how proud of them I am.

To sum up, BTS was together about 10 years (maybe 11 with the practice before they debuted). South Korea has mandatory military service. This past December, BTS took a break as a band, as their first member Jin reported for military duty. J-Hope will be reporting for military duty in a month or two (so no more performances from him). All the members had solo songs as part of the group, and some had some mix tapes. However, they were always performing as BTS. But, now that they are on a break for their military duties, members have taken that time to do their solo work. After all, they all wanted to do some of their own things for a while. So, J-Hope released Jack in the Box, and it was a great success, and he was given this amazing opportunity to headline Lollapalooza.
"Outro Tear" is a great performance with all three BTS rappers. It was written when they were at a tough moment and talked about breaking up. It can also be a great break up song. I'm honestly not sure if he has any alone. But, there are tons of live BTS concerts clips. If you decide to dig into BTS, you will have a ton of material. But, as single performers, it's limited.

It's true about the lyric thing - army can sing all bts lyrics on demand -MOST OF WHICH ARE KOREAN. It's mindblowing to think that all those thousands of mostly english speaking people at that set were all singing with him in Korean!💜

We ARMYs have a saying called "post-concert depression", and that's when you went to a BTS concert. After it ends, we're usually in a state of being where nothing can compare to what we experienced. We've been known to even cry in the days following because it was just so magical. My bias (favorite member) is J-Hope, and after I went to Lollapalooza, I probably was numb for at least 2 weeks. I even cried when Day 2 ended and I had to catch my flight back home. It was THAT good. So yeah, go to a concert, but prepare yourself. It will send you to such heights that you've never felt before, and the aftermath can be quite jarring.

I had no idea what he was saying in Korean when I first watched this. I caught a few things just because I've been immersed in BTS for 3 years but- I didn't REALLY know what he was saying and neither did the majority of those there and those watching at home. But it felt SO POWERFUL for him to just be speaking in HIS OWN language. I was overwhelmed with pride for him and his 6 brothers. Then for him to end it with future?! I was an absolute wreck for the last 10 mins of his show. He deserves the world and so do our other guys. I'm so happy for them. What a "break" this has been for us.
BTS as a group and as soloists have so many fans for a reason....they are amazing!!
They are talented, versatile, love their music and that is why they manage to convey the same to the public.
They have the ability to convey emotions and make people empathize with their message.
How many artists have the capacity to reach an audience of all ages? ARMY is made up of fans of all ages, from children to the elderly.
And as cherry on the cake beyond the artistic part, the 7 members of BTS are beautiful human beings, they are sweet, kind, they are funny... they are very good boys!!! perfect? No! but wonderful people.

One of the things I love about BTS is that they're very different from each other as artists and as individuals. Even their solo performances are different.
In contrast with J-hope's large-scale performances, RM chose to do small and intimate ones: the Tiny Desk Concert, a live performance at Dia Beacon museum in New York, and one at Rolling Hall in Seoul with only 200 people in the audience.
Jin performed his single just once, at a Coldplay's concert in Argentina.
Suga is going on a solo tour in several countries.
Jimin, whose album is dropping on March 24, is reportedly going to perform in television music shows.
Who knows what kind of performances V and Jungkook are planning for their own album promotions.

4:28 I agree, In the Chicken Noodle soup music video in the end of the video J-Hope gave credit to all of the background dancers and out all of their names on the video at the end. J-hope always shouts out everyone around him that is involved.
And re why he’s doing a solo concert, BTS members are focusing on solo activities right now since the members are doing their military service one by one. The plan is for them to resume group activities on 2025.

Other live performances you should consider checking out are MAMA awards show 2022, his guest appearance on Drive (with Jay Park), his rendition of Cypher 3 and Ugh with the rap line at the Busan concert, and his 2018 performance of Mama in Seoul. His performance at MAMA 2022 is Super Bowl worthy!

48:30 Yes BTS came into my life when I was going through the hardest times of my life and they made me want to continue on in life and just made my life 1000% better. Not even just from the amazing great music they release, From the members just being theirselves. I truly believe they're all seven beautiful angels that come into your life to give you all of the love and happiness. BTS also has some personal content to where you could get to know them better aside from music as well, for example RUN BTS episodes, Bon Voyage, In The Soop and so so much more content that you'll love. You said that you wanted to attend J-hope's concert. As you know, he won't be holding any more concerts at least until 2025.
But his bandmate Suga/Agust D is touring the US this late April to mid-May. Take a listen to his songs like "Daechwita", "Agust D", "Shadow", "The Last", "First Love"" "Seesaw".
If you like his songs, you can try to get tickets. These US concerts were sold out within hours, but there are always people reselling tickets for whatever reason.

My story of how I found BTS and became and army💜 Idk if this text will be long or not, I apologize if it is 😅
I had heard of BTS a little bit in 2018, checked them out out of curiosity but at the time I don’t think I was in the right headspace for some reason.. and since I already had searched them up, when they had their comeback in 2019 with Boy With Luv (Map of The Soul Persona era) the teaser for that mv got recommended to me and so I just decided to watch that to see how I felt this time and it peaked my curiosity more enough that when the actual mv dropped i watched it, and that was it- I was in love! 💘 I fell down the rabbit hole after that and I spent the rest of 2019 in a BTS bubble and i didn’t wanna come out because it was comfortable. I can’t remember when exactly Hoseok (jhope) became my bias, it kinda slowly crept up on me lol but I think it was because of his charisma and stage presence that drew me in, and ever since he’s been my piece of peace ☮️ and the live of my life (yeah I’m whipped 😅) …
When it comes to this man my emotions are all over the place and it’s not uncommon for me to just cry just because, but I think that’s an army thing in general , like these men have us in a choke hold lmao
Anyway it’s always fun to see new reactor fall down the rabbit hole and understand why we feel the way we feel when it comes to BTS 💜

This was his first solo performance as a soloist so we don't have much of other live performances of him besides him at MAMA 2022 and his solo songs under BTS' discography in BTS' concerts and performances in award shows.
He recently performed as a soloist in a show called Jay's park drive but you will probably get copyright and there's not subtitles yet and a full version, just different videos for each song and him interacting with fans and answering questions so yeah.. If you want to watch more of his performances then react to BTS as a group! they are the kings for a reason, you will be mind blown for sure.
One of their most legendary performances in my opinion and one of armys in general favorites is the BTS in MMA 2019 for sure, but like I said, they are amazing so they have A LOT of iconic performances! 🔥

Not everyone in the crowd was an Army. Army were there but also lots of people who had no idea who J-hope or BTS were. He debuted as a solo artist at lollapalooza and broke records as the first Asian artist to headline this festival.
Take a look at J-Hope’s music video Chicken Noodle Soup featuring Becky G. At the end of the video, as he and the back up dancers free style, the credits list every back up dancer by name!! He came from street dancing himself and definitely appreciates the artistry of the back up dancers.

J-Hope is the only one I see enlighted his dancers. He pick dancers of all ages, gender, skin colors and gave them distinctives clothes. He is a dancer and does respect his back ground dancers. I think you did watch it allready but just in case look at Chicken Noodle Soup MV at the end dancers jave their short moment and most important you have all dancers names credited.
And yes like all artists J-Hope was nervous before he started his performances but once this man is on stage he is own it, kill it and there is no stress there !

HOBI is leaving soon to go to the ARMY - the oldest, JIN is there right now and the other boys will be all going, so they xan all reunite as a group in 2025. SO if you can start saving $$$ so you can hopefully get tickets for their reunion concert, coz it will be lit!!

The group went on hiatus last year, so they are free to do solo prjects now, but they will be back in 2025 after tgey all finish their military enlistment, bcoz in South Korea all males have to enlist by 28 yrs old. Don't worry they will be back, they love music, performing & ARMY and ARMY loves them right back!! They promised us they will return and they will, they won't break their promises!!

He was not nervous on the stage but he said he was nervous before getting on the stage and the moment he popped out of the box and he saw the Army's who came to support him all his nervousness was gone.

those dancers are from "the lab". a company ran by the girl in the pink and she is the main choreographer. she actually has done many choreos for bts songs. they are who Hybe hires when they need back ups in america for tours and performances.
