WOW !!!!!! That turned out to be a BULLET MANIA ....... very awesome Chigg. See ya in the morning 9:30am SHARPES. Hopefully you'll have a nother great water hunt... Thanx again for another great AQUACHIGGER ADVENTURE..... now go get some MOAR
Sinkers galore..! We had a Summer Cottage on the West Port (MA) east branch River (salt water) where we spent Summers after school got out. I took my Sister fishing off a dock for Flat Fish (Flounder). She always called the Sinker's, Anchor's..! I told her several times that Anchor's held boats from drifting away, and a Sinker held the spreader in one spot underwater while the earth worms sort of floated around on a leader.... It took her the longest time to figure that out, I even drew her a drawing in the sand to explain it better......
😂 "Well, naturally, I didn't ACTUALLY leave..." 😂 I love your videos and your enthusiasm and your charisma and for bringing all of us along for the ride!!! I might never get to explore the woods and creeks, again, but I greatly appreciate being able to do so by riding along with you. Thank you! 😊💜💜💜
They lowered the water at a river by me and I detected it and found a silver ring with an Opal stone in it, thanks so much for showing your techniques, they really helped me
Hey Chigg! Great video. Been watching you for a few years, sure enjoy them. Thanks for sticking to it and keep making them. I sure do miss your magnet fishing videos. I started magnet fishing about 2 years ago and got some others hooked on it. Also got them hooked on your videos. Please more cave videos! Thanks Donnie, disabled Army vet.
You are so much fun to watch and I love when you say " Did you see it did ya did ya?" I can't put you under (water) You have the best humor and love your laugh. My day is not complete without watching your videos. You don't like leeches that's a given and don't blame you. Keep up with your Awesome videos. You must have a very understanding wife. 👍👍❤from Woodinville,Washington.
Omgosh, I thought he had one on his arm, too!!! Leeches are the #1 reason that I do not enter ANY natural body of water!!! I'm living Chigg's videos, too! 😊💜💜💜
A good wedge like that's definitely worth it's weight lugging it around, whether across rivers, battlefields or across the country. Mama often told me how much she loved being able to sit back, rocking in her rocking chair (often with one of us kids), watching her good man looking good chopping firewood... (which they both continued doing up to his death). I can't imagine translating the effort it takes to chop firewood today (which we've already felled and cut into "bite size" pieces with a chainsaw to be the perfect length for our fireplace) into what it would've required many years ago to chop down the trees by axe, utilizing those same wedges to make the job easier and help make it fall in the desired location, then chop up the felled tree into the desired lengths, before FINALLY chopping those many lengths into wedges (and HOPEFULLY letting it dry for at least a season or two before using)... Or, even worse (aka way more difficult), trying to maintain an even more controlled cut to obtain flatter wood, to waste as little as possible. (Yes, I realize my mind kept traveling further and further back in time, but geez, it's kinda crazy to think about!) 🤔😮
Hello Beau , we visited Gettysburg this past week and was thinking of you when we were at Pickett’s charge and tried imagining all the relics still in that ground, thanks for this segment.
Chigg, I absolutely love your videos.... Long time subscriber. I would really love to start detecting but as a father of 6 & the monetary responsibilities and time that they require I can't justify buying a detector.... You're living the dream of many my friend.
Dewd! That spur and watch are awesome! Lots of those two ring confederate bullets too! I think there was a musket ball on the surface too. Love your videos and keep it up!
Hey Chigg! At 19:42, just as you make the first scrape to find the spur, I thought sure there was a musket ball laying on top that got covered. Might look back...
That last tool is a hot cut. It's been worn on the edge, but the purpose is to cut a piece of iron that's been brought up to a critical heat(non-magnetic). With a smaller piece of iron, like what you would make horseshoes with, you would use a hardy. That fits into the square hole in the middle of the anvil (that's why it's called a hardy hole). I use the hot cut to trim a work piece with more precisely. Anyway, good finds. Some of my work tools are that old the others I make myself. Oh,by the way, it's not a hammer. The large end is struck by the hammer.
Digging around in the mud like that, you should find a way to bring a screen and a shovel with you somehow. Anyway, like the vid and the channel. Keep up the good work Mr. Chigger!
What a nice batch of bullets while making mud pies, it spurred you to greater heights of glory. ...ha ha ha... This was so very satisfying, seeing you score so many bullets and that wonderful spur part too. I think you've got yourself a hot spot for sure. Loved the blacksmiths hammer too. I wonder if that thin silver like piece was part of a physicians lancet? I have several that belonged to my husbands 2nd grt. grandpa, who was a surgeon in the Civil War, and they look similar to that. Have you ever found medical related stuff in you Civil War hunts? Thanks for taking us along on this wonderful journey of discovery. It was great to see you playing in the mud. Have an awesome day!
if ever in Texas you're welcome to wander a Butterfield coach route and the site where Philip Nolan gathered mustangs. Pretty rough landscape no improvements or stock ever run on it.
I found a Yankee enlisted cavalry spur on the NE corner of Third St. at Pontotoc Ave. in Memphis, surface find after 6" of earth had been removed for a parking lot.
I love watching the videos. Your excitement is infectious. Pls forgive if it's already been asked. Just wondering if you ever sell any of your finds? I would love to have one of your civil war bullets.
If you turn on your pointer while it is on an iron sample, the pinpointer with notch out the iron, and will give a signal to everything else but the iron. Try it!
Hey Aquachigger🖐 by now you must have more ammo, rifle and pistol bullets then anyone you know😀. Does your wife like metal detecting with you as well? Thanks for another good video 👍😊
That hammer head may be a "cooper's hammer". The knife edge of the head would be flattened out or 'V' notched to knock the hoops around a wooden barrel tight.
19:40 something round that rolled...did ya see it? Did ya? Did ya? 😂
Yep rolled right past him that's what I thought he was going after.
I saw that.
I saw it too but it didn't look it gave a signal
I saw it roll too! I was yelling at the screen! “It’s right there, why can’t you hear me!??🤯😱😁
You can see it to the right of the spur at the edge of the screen at 20:05 , I think it's a black marble that's why he didn't hear it ..
I've watched you for about 5 years, and never disappoint 🙄 You're actually the one who got me into detecting. 😉
Love how you excuse yourself to clean a bullet and come back! LOL! Part of the "yapping" we love so much!

When you were digging that spur there was a musket ball rolling around
Another great adventure. Thank you for sharing with us. Happy Hunting.
I'm so glad you are still making your videos I enjoy every bit of it and your great smile when you get excited actually makes me smile😂👍🐟

Excellent video. Love the aquachigger song at the end. I think it is really good!
What a sweet honey hole you found, glad your research paid off!
Great finds and they just kept coming!

Great video! At about 16:10 looked like a leech on his arm. I like when the Chigg does a roundup at the end, he stopped doing that.
Omgosh, I thought he had one on his arm, too!!! Leeches are the #1 reason that I do not enter ANY natural body of water!!! I'm living Chigg's videos, too! 😊💜💜💜
That part spur was beautiful what great finds Mr. Chigg.
That last tool you found is a wedge for splitting logs. I watched my dad use one lots of times.

Hey Chigg! At 19:42, just as you make the first scrape to find the spur, I thought sure there was a musket ball laying on top that got covered. Might look back...

That clay would make a good crust for a mud pie!
I had a good time. Thanks.
Cool finds
Nice spur piece, but what happened no hiding out or outrunning a storm. Lol. Thanks Chigg for the awesome videos and hard work to make them.
Drinking my coffee and watching Mr. Chigg with his army. ❤️

A cornucopia of good finds . Wonder if they funneled down from higher ground ? There was a round ball that rolled out when you found the spur
Looks like a treasure trove of an area! 🙂
Honey hole ,Chigg playing in the mud hole! Lol

River rat in the morning! Usually start my days with a video and some coffee! Thanks Chigg

Chigg your on a great streak buddy. I hope you find a 100 more there to.
16:50 looks like a giant leach on your arm. lol
Awesooome- Daniel smith
I found a Yankee enlisted cavalry spur on the NE corner of Third St. at Pontotoc Ave. in Memphis, surface find after 6" of earth had been removed for a parking lot.
You could use that "hammer" thing as a splitting wedge to split hardwood logs...
WOW! Looks like you hit the💰💰 jackpot! Great video Chigg, thank you. 👍✌🖖🍻
Ps. Hold your breath!
At 19:40 you put your hand right on a round ball. I'm surprised the Chigg didn't find it. It was laying right on the surface.
I love watching the videos. Your excitement is infectious. Pls forgive if it's already been asked. Just wondering if you ever sell any of your finds? I would love to have one of your civil war bullets.
You Chigg are A Mean Ol Dude Lol!
You Got Me So Good
I was thinking Oh No!
I even hit Subscribe again. You Rascal

Hey Aquachigger🖐 by now you must have more ammo, rifle and pistol bullets then anyone you know😀. Does your wife like metal detecting with you as well? Thanks for another good video 👍😊
19:50 I saw a round ball roll out.
That hammer would be a hot cut.
A blacksmith uses it to cut off excess material from a hot piece of metal they're forging.
Well done Beau, i think i might of found my first ggod location with the kayak,,,2 miles paddle though, but might be worth it. ;) atb
I get my Garrett Pro tomorrow what's the cut off for you talking about depth of water.
That hammer head may be a "cooper's hammer". The knife edge of the head would be flattened out or 'V' notched to knock the hoops around a wooden barrel tight.
How about another look at you collection again it's been awhile thanks would be really cool Chigg
This was a spot FILLED with bullets 😳😳😳
Either they were making bullets or supplying soldiers, or there was a lot of shooting going on near that spot! Wow.
Lol @ leeches... I'm pretty sure you had Canadian flashbacks!
From aqua chigger to mud digger in 6 min.
Greetings mr. Chigger i love your show!!!(your funny guy)i use the detecor also in the Netherlands Holland Groningen Appingedam
You forgot to say hold your breath and I got water up my nose LOL!!!
That lead washer was a fired round that hit a rock or something super hard thats what happens to modern lead rounds they turn inside out
How do I check and see if something is made of silver or not?? I bought a old butter dish with the cover and it looks like it could be silver.
