The paper shim for embossing with the stencils is great. Til now I wasn't completely happy with the depth of the embossing! I love using dry embossing as a finishing touch on simple cards and this will give me more from which to choose! The Distress Glaze is another idea I really liked. Thanks for all the tips and your cards were beautiful!

I have been using your trick with double sided tape to make sure my front piece is properly placed on the card. It has saved me so much frustration when the front piece is crooked and I have to toss the card out! Thank you so much for that!

You can use watercolors instead of pixie powders. Use the cling wrap on the wet watercolors, let dry .
yes, it's fun to use supplies with all sorts of techniques, the shimmer of the pixie powders do add a fun texture though, that water colour doesn't

Great tips and I love the idea of using the distress micro glaze as a resist this way. Your hacks on using the adhesive to the back of your cards are now going to be the way I line up my cards, so I do not ruin card fronts any longer. thank you for sharing... stay safe and keep crafting.

So happy to meet you! Love your hacks but the one that really got me was your use of thin double sided tape. I can’t tell you how many times I have had to trim down my panel and start over with a new backing panel. Makes for heavy cards in the mail. Also love using glossy accents as an adhesive for gems.
