Seeing a Rotti always saddens me because my parents had one when i was 5 years old. When i was home and my parents out to worl he held vigil over me while i played in the garden. After a few years we had to let him sleep in because he was going blind and had a choking tumor in his throat. What a great companion he was.
I was fortunate enough to rescue a Rottweiler that was around 2 years old back in 2012, she was the best dog I could ever ask for! I lost her on July 1st,2018 to heart faliure. She left a hole in my heart that can never be filled! Enjoy your beautiful pup!
Sorry for your loss. I walked Rottweilers at a kennels, and they were one of the nicest breeds. I'll always fondly remember them ❤ R.I.P Princess 👸❤

i love seeing happy, well loved fur kids, we have a male american staffie, and a female boxer/dalmatian mix,, both rescues, both spoiled , both have their ears and tails

My baby boy Jed is 5 years old now. We never even thought of cutting his tail and he's gorgeous. Im probably biased but he's the best looking rotti I've seen. Mix of German and English. He's the sweetest little cuddle buddy
My heart goes out to everyone who rescues dogs and give them a place in your families to grow and pass away peacefully. Truly appreciate it, we rescued a Sheppard/Pyrenees/Mastiff mix, she is the best thing that happened to me who hated dogs.... now I can’t live without her and pray that I die before she does.

C Cruther that's the way a dog originally supposed to have is their tail that keeps their balance when they cut their tail that's only for looks but in reality all dogs should have their tails and keeps their balance and it keeps them well up right
Our rottie has his tail, it’s unnecessary to cut their tail. We consider it cruel when there’s no medical reason why cause them pain.

I’m trying very hard to talk my wife into getting a Rottweiler this was a great video and I believe it helped my cause I have always loved Rottweilers I think 🤔 they love harder than other breeds that is just my opinion very nice video

Such a beautiful video. I love how you treat your baby. I have a Rotti who is 9 years of age and his sister died a little over a year ago. Decided to purchase another male and female. They will be ready for their new home end of February. I'll have 3 Rotties but I so love this breed cannot see getting any other. You have a beautiful dog.

La mejor raza sin duda.... Noble.. ( cariñoso y cuidadoso con los niños,familia en general.) Fuerte..( capaz de neutralizar cualquier ataque animal o humano) .. Rápido..( acción inmediata con un análisis de reacción segura pero eficaz) ... Inteligente ( el perro mas inteligente actualmente xq sabe reaccionar a las situaciones de la vida de manera certera..) si se tiene que atacar lo hará si se tiene que dar amor lo hará si se tiene que jugar lo hará..capacidad de discernir ... La mejor raza el perro mas completo....

Why is their ppl cutting it or something?
Rottweilers that are used for being guard dogs,herding dogs,working dogs,etc have their tails cropped for many reasons such as it not being there for something or someone to grab on to like an intruder or a wild animal such as coyotes,wolves or other dogs,etc. Whether or not complaining if the tail is cropped or isn't shouldn't be someone's concern because it isn't their dog and the dog couldn't care less if it had it or not. But all in still, a beautiful breed.
Rottweilers should be docked iv had both tailed and docked the baseball bat tail is a pain in the ass. Multiple split tails from getting happy tail and smashing it on things. It’s hardly cruelty they don’t even know they had one.
There's no purpose in it other than cosmetic reasons

Hi all dog lovers I was fortunate to bring up 2 lovely rotties and what intelligent dogs they are done all the training myself play dead roll over count as well showing fingers and barking 2 the many I showed walk them on leads or not really been thinking about doing it all again but very hard when they say goodbye and you know when it's time they let you know love all animals but rotties are a lovely breed it's us humans that bring them up the wrong way J 1972 1

I miss my Rottweiler so much he passed away at 6 months from Parvo virus... worst day of my life..can never forget him they are special dogs he was like my son he was so loving. When he died a big piece of me died.. I wake up crying because when I wake up I realize it's not a dream he really isn't there anymore.. I need him so much and I feel so terrible everyday because I couldn't save him neither did the vet.. I wish I knew about parvo It's what you don't know that will kill you or your loved ones.

for those of you who don't know the history of the Rottie butcher dog
In Germany they were work dogs pulling carts the tails used to get caught so they started docking them. most breeders still do when they are pups usually under 3 months

lost my 6 month old rottweiler so I know how it feels hurts so bad everyday wake up it hurts go to sleep feeling empty house feels empty heart feels empty and whenever I see his eyes in my mind i cry.. he was my best friend I wish I could see him again even for a little bit in my dreams I wish I could hold him in my arms rub his belly like he liked so much now i'm crying...
