They are def worth checking out, the cruise missile is really effective and super fuel efficient. Ive even made multiple low earth orbit recon and defence rocket platforms like the one from space cowboys haha. I really should start uploading them for others to have a play with.,

Well, this ICBM that you showed have MIRV warheads So you should point them at diffrent targets with last stage that should have only RCS thrusters to point them at diffrent targets this is so called "post-booster" often called as half-stage. Nobody in real world and KSP one will use MIRVs for one target. Anywyas great video :)

I made one, it's a short range ballistic missile that has 1 warhead, fully stock (im a console player), it has the accuracy to hit a kerbal while moving, and the speed to shoot down a medium sized plane.
