    • @adamb.9458
      @adamb.9458 8 років тому +33

      I have talked about it less than ever than i used to because you can tell some people are insecure about it.. they want to get in shape but not do the work, and they dont want to listen about progress someone with more motivation has done. I honestly dont even talk about it anymore, its become my personal/private thing in my life.

    Hey, thats a great question! Drop Sets - Also known as strip sets, drop sets involve the immediate reduction of weight between sets with no rest. This will thoroughly burn out a muscle. Check out the link in the video description for more great information!

    Try gripping the bar with your thumb above the bar, so that you use your hands as hooks. The reason your forearms hurt is because you are squeezing the bar and transferring part of the effort to your forearms. Use the thumb above the bar grip, and you will work your lats more efficiently.

    Yeah I do most of what this guy does except I do my sets a little different. I do about 3 - 4 sets per exercise (depending on what i am working on) at 12 reps per set with the wieght increasing with each set. My final set is anywhere from 8 reps to failure with the aim of hitting 12 reps (no drop sets).
