Shark Catch, Clean and Cook

Caught a juvenile bull shark from one of my favourite fishing spots on the Gold Coast, QLD. Although Ive had bull shark many times before, this had to be one of the best I had made. All credit to Selim for sharing the recipe for both the fish and the sauce. On a seperate note, you're allowed one shark per person per day under 1.5 meters from the shark species that are allowed to be taken.
