I gave this video a thumbs down for two reasons. First, there is no explanation for the use of the parchment paper at the beginning. Second, and more important, he does't bother to tell us at what temperature he is baking the pizza.

haven't had any trouble with it yet and the reason I got it was for my RV it is a prefect size
