Thank you for the words of wisdom. I can relate to being the heavy kid for most of my childhood and trying every diet on the face of the planet. Something that also helped was something I read in Atomic Habits, that changing a habit is easier if you start becoming that person who does that habit. For example, eating as a healthy person versus just being an unhealthy person trying to eat healthy for a bit to lose weight.
A friend told me that there is a new title/stile, that is the "middle size", that we should be pround to fit in some category and acept myself as I am, feel welcome, represented...
I told her, I don't want this for me, I don't want feel "great", knowing my health is not good, I don't want just like ok with the aparences, I don't want cheat myself or accomodate...
I want be really incomodate, because I want to change, i need it. I want to change to have health for see my son grow up, to being able to follow, run and play as much as I can...
When I started taking better care of my health, I just focused on eating better and getting solid on that. Cutting out stuff that didn’t work for my body. I’ve now incorporated some of those indulgences in small doses occasionally. Then add in movement that you enjoy. But that’s just what’s worked for me so far and I’ve lost a decent amount since November

The turmeric is absorbed better with Cows milk, I don’t know if coconut milk gives the same benefits to the turmeric as dairy milk does, but I hear black pepper helps with the absorption as well if any one is lactose intolerant.
