It's December 2022 and I'm just seeing this video for the first time.
I never seen that kind of crowd howling over Massachusetts,the Swiss knows their stars very well. If I did a remake of the sylvers' how love hurts and sung at a Swiss audiance, they whistle and howl through hell. They know they love my song. They know it's the bee gees. They love Massachusetts.

Probably the reason Robert Stigwood,their manager shows up on stage at the end of the show was because back then the audience was much closer to them as compared to later on and the security, as you can see is having a hard time holding them back! Ja, aber ihr Deutsch ist viel besser als das des heutiger Schweizer Rundfunkjournalisten und das Englisch von Maurice Gibb auch! Man muß bedenken, daß Englisch damals außerhalb der englischsprachigen Welt bei weitem nicht diese Verbreitung hatte und tatsächlich eine Fremdsprache war. Heute spricht jeder "Broken English", sogar die, deren Muttersprache es ist.

Al principio los bee gees fueron 5 Barry siempre fue el que más hablo a mí siempre me encantó cómo hablaba Maurice aunque los tres hablaban con una educación y corrección únicas si fueron muy famosos ya desde sus inicios hasta el final aunque hubo una época donde sobre todo en los estados unidos pretendieron silenciarlos muchos los recordamos en todo momento
