Very impressive 👏 I usually use my airbrushing coatings for wheel applications and minor touch ups around the vehicle. My concern would be waisted material from the overspray. In our shop we do minor painting and touch ups and always have overspray to deal with. I haven't purchased any of Scott's products yet but I'm definitely interested in them. You're doing a great job explaining and showcasing them.
Looks great! Very impressed with the filling of defects. Some coatings magnify them. I see the pros to this spray application in being a faster application process. The cons as stated may be the overspray and masking of the vehicle?
Great job Landon ! Just moved into a new place with a 2.5 garage and have my compressor setup all purchased and can't wait to get it all installed. I will have a straight up hose line and a " dry " hose line. Are you using filters / water/oil traps on your air line ? As I researched air brush usage, I became convinced that the compressor line is contaminated under normal usage, so purchased a couple different filters to make sure I'm not fouling the coatings.
Hello Landon,
What is your final verdict on airbrush application? Pros & cons?
1st from Puerto Rico 👍🇵🇷
This guy! I see him everywhere!! 😆😂
@@carlosgallego267 yes, I see me everywhere too😉😄😄😄
What do you use to clean the gun please

It kind of expensive tho, any alternative?
Not really
Once this cures, would it be okay to put jescar ultra lock + on top?
I would not suggest it

yes I have a filter hooked up to my compressor
I’m assuming that the coating will also cover the sanding marks if applied without the gun?
2 layers will give you over 10 microns if applied by hand after it’s cured on day 6
What do you need to connect to the compressor
All I have is your normal fittings make and female form my air compressor and attached the male one to the hose that comes w the air gun
@@AQUALUXAUTODETAILING thank you very much
@@octaviodelgado48 happy to help 👊👊👊👊👊
Turn down the pressure of the gun, you can see how much it’s misting from blowing back off the panel. Less pressure and more will stick.
Would that be a good airbrush for cerakote?
I would think so
Awesome video you need something for hang you phone
So no need to wipe off? I fear the high spots lol
it self levels and the viscosity of this coating is why it works so well.
