i need the longer ones they are my relaxation after work everyday haha
the longer the better. No editing like live videos are would be perfect atleast in my opinion.
Looking very decent and beautiful 🤍
Longer ones are the best, I fall asleep to your vids
Love the longer vids! I know they take a lot of work to edit and such, but I really like them. Sometimes they help me fall asleep. 🙂
I felt that, as a fellow fibromyalgia sufferer.
I hope she is going to enjoy the relief for a while.
Yes..me too...
Me three... I wish I could find someone like this
Yes, please for the longer videos. These vids are the best part of my day for relaxing. Thank you for all the good you do for the people who seek relief.
Can we all just take a moment to mention how kind the doctor is! And her posture is beautiful. I'm going to try working on my own posture more!
Dr. Debra is always great. she never talks down to her patients. she treats them like friends she wants to help.
As a fibromyalgia patient who also has TMJ, a disc that's turned sideways, an 11mm difference from one leg to the other, sciatica, muscle spasms/paralysis...wow, this looks like it would be an amazing experience!
Fibromyalgia isn't real lol. You have other issues....
What do you mean its not real?? I was diagnosed with it.. I mean I know it's basically a condition of many problems and symptoms, but they explained it as a nerve problem.. I'm in constant pain,.
A disc that's turned sideways??? Do you mind if I ask how that happened? That sounds horrendous
@@71ladibug Don't worry about them, it's just a troll account. Ignore it!
I wore a custom dental mouthguard while sleeping for a few years, and it really helped TMJ.
By far my fave chiropractor on youtube. Nearly every technique you use is what I dream about having done on myself lol
I love these 30+ min videos . I know I haven't watched it yet but 30 to 40 min videos on a Saturday are 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.
Madison has he directed
I want to fly over from Australia for treatment like this
Me from the Netherlands 😇
Me from Germany
Fellow Aussie here! I'll join you
Yea me to from the netherlands..
Me from uk
I see the videos are getting longer and I LOVE THAT! We get more information and get comfort from watching so thank you!
Removing pain is an art. Dr. Brenda has it down to a science!
Yes, she is a true blue caring doctor ❤
My RA and Fibro flared just watching this haha everyone can tolerate adjusting differently
Brenda is the best. So great to see the relief she gives patients. I hope this patient gets lasting relief and that she can find a way to manage her fibromyalgia. Super cool Chinese dragon top on Doc. Very pretty hairstyle, too.
J1
Doc's fashion sense is usually on point and today is no different. Wow. This has to be the first client with fibromyalgia to say "go for it Doc" when it comes to applying force. Working on the calves is still undefeated for getting a reaction out of people no matter their size. Lol.
i have fibromyalgia and i do not wish this pain on any fckin body. stay blessed
That patient is a beautiful and strong woman. She just represents someone who can handle herself.
Sadly like most people with chronic pains like fibromyalgia we're forced to be strong and handle ourselves because there's too many people that tell us our pain isn't real...
Doctor, beautiful clothes, cute makeup, and I love your sense of humor
Excellent work
Love the longer videos and the Fibromyalgia patients Really help me by showing how you set and relax the spine and muscles. I've had fibromyalgia and neuralgia for way over 15 yrs. I'm only 54. I'd love to get this type of relief.
Great job Dr Brenda! I'll eventually get you a IG message on this. 😊
This is SO interesting! The first time I watched this-I was SURE they were twins, or close relatives! She is extremely talented and has great compassion.
oh yea
Dr. Brenda you are such an amazing, caring person..You are so compassionate with your patient's ❤
YOU ARE SUCH AN ANGEL.......WOW. Just great work with people......so very heart warming !!!!
We hold our pain in our calves. My first time in a massage chair and the calves blew me away. I am sitting here with Fibromyalgia soaking all these movements in taking deep breaths.
I love when she does the scalp
She is very brave. I have fibromyalgia and the pain is just too much. I'm too scared to try this. Everyone's pain tolerance is different.
I know. I feel like it might be ok at the time, but i'd be a mess for a week.
@@julien4741 absolutely.💯😔♥️
take liquid collagen, pinebark, magnesium calm powder, turmeric+pepper. No gluten, no dairy. Stretch only every day, no cardio. Hope you feel better soon!
@@alaska340 aww thank you. I most definitely will be trying these.😌❤️🙏🏾
I wish I was close to you to get help for my back and fibromyalgia . Your so amazing at this. You make your patients feel comfortable. Where are you located?
Another one of my diagnosis.💅ssiiiigh was cheering her on all the way🙌🎉🌟
Oh my gosh! That WAS INCREDIBLE! I SO much need an adjustment and treatment like this lady got. Wow! I bet Dr Mondragon is booked up waaay in advance. Plus... I LOVED your d
Dragons shirt and pants today. I Oollect Unicorns and a few Dragons. ✝️ God Bless you and yours Doc. You are AMAZING. ❤🎉
Looking amazing Doc
YES to longer videos!
Love Dr Mondragon, I would love a treatment, but I'm in the UK. I know i'd be so uncomfortable, also having fibromyalgia and chronic sciatica in both my legs. I'd be in tears, too sensitive, I could relate to the tmj pain. I wish this lady all the best, hoping this treatment helps her.
These videos are satisfying and relaxing
"If you want an injured patient, tell them to do a deadlift."
True story. I was at the gym two years ago and had deadlifts in my routine. Not even a lot of weight, either. I never went higher than 135 lbs. Was in the middle of my third set when it felt like someone had walked up behind me and bashed my sacrum with a 2X4 capped with nails.
I could barely walk for the next week, and my chiro at the time determined I'd severely strained the area around my sacrum and if I wanted to do it again, keep doing deadlifts.
Haven't done another one since. Switched to hip thrusters and other safer exercises and I honestly don't miss them.
Agreed. I would consider myself pretty strong and like you I wasn’t lifting super heavy and also had a good trainer. I also seem to be of the hearty variety… I figure skate with almost zero issue and I wouldn’t say I’m at all injury or accident prone. Still walked away once with what I suspect was a sprain. Super painful. Could barely walk. The worst is that it’s been sensitive since. I recently sprained my back after getting the bottom of my leggings caught. Didn’t even fall. It was a huge eye opener on how we choose to train. There’s just no reason to put this area under that sort of pressure simply to train. It’s not worth the risk.
Good job Dr
Bloody hell. That is an absurd pain tolerance.
Great thank you
i woke up super early so hopefully this video helps me get back to sleep
I have had fibromyalgia for over 40 years. I can vouch for the horrendously loud cracking 😂.
I am 3 years out from becoming a quadriplegic due to transverse myelitis and have managed to learn to walk again. I have not found a chiropractor who wants to work on me yet but I know I need a few adjustments
Would you consider going to this Dr if given the opportunity? I'm sure you would, she seems very good at what she does
That Bo-Katan helmet is so cool. One more reason to love doctor Mondragon. This is the way. 😍😍🔥🔥
great session. Love the outfit too!
Anyone have any tips for fixing your knees? Like if I try to sit on my knees or my knees touch the floor at all the pain is intense, the pain wasn't too bad a year ago, but something just changed over time and I can't do it at all anymore.
Nice outfit today, doc - it's lovely!
I need this exact treatment, both my jaw and sciatic pain is so similar
I love that outfit and how she has her hair truly beautiful!
Brenda you look gorgeous!! Love your outfit and your hair
I have fibromyalgia and I would love to have a treatment like this
Great video
I love how she feels this in her own body
As usual the Doc is gorgeous 😍
As you're working on her shoulders (around 20:44), are the cracks that we hear the rupturing of nitrogen nodules in synovial fluid in the patient's shoulder joints, or is the cracking we hear your knuckles?
I have a set of scraping tools for physical therapy but my new comb is now being purchased. I just wish my husband would do that for me. I have lots of tools for things. Love my foam roller.
Do you mind if I ask where did you buy your scraping tools from?
i have fibro and need someone like you need to get myself a wee holibob and come get a treatment xx
Dr. Brenda have you ever worked on someone with fibro and RA? My mother has both, but I think you could help her.
I Love and Like that video it’s relaxing
i watch dr brenda twice a day allways feel much better afterwards, collapsed and had severe neck and back pain for 4 years leaned back on settee turning my head to see something as i turned back and forwards loud crack to my neck from then on no neck pain back pain down 70% could turn my head all the way to right after 4 years and could touch the floor as well doctors scans,x-rays, mri could not find anything wrong before neck crack
Gosh you are amazing. Could you recommend any great chiropractors just like you in Australia??
Happy Monday
Dr.Mondragon can move bones!!! LOL
She is like me ... she has a connective tissue disorder. If someone is double jointed & can bend their body parts in weird ways ... it's a connective tissue problem. It's definitely not fun later in life.
Very true
I 100% agree! I have Ehlers danlos syndrome and was a dancer/dance teacher for 35 years. Hyper mobile is terribly painful x
I feel like most fibromyalgia disorders are actually a connective tissue problem, probably EDS or an autoimmune disorder
I’m a fibromyalgia diagnosis who has now gotten an autoimmune diagnosis - that involves connective tissue problems amongst other problems
医師超綺麗ぐう👍頑張って✊😃✊
Great 👍 keep it up 🎉love
where in florida are you located? my husband’s been suffering from occipital neuralgia for almost two years now and nothing helps..Hope to hear from you soon
I love long videos. ♥
Dragon lady is on fire . Much relief here !
Great video.I have fibromyalgia.I like your outfit Dr Brenda
She gots style like her outfit👍🏼
I suffer with fibromyalgia and would love some treatment but I even had to stop having regular massages, I couldn’t bear the pressure on my skin it was agonising and afterwards I was having flare ups so the massage wasn’t worth the effects it had on my fibromyalgia. I don’t know what the answer is, probably gentle oil massage to not stimulate the nerve endings might be more helpful.
What is that metal thing making her skin so red?
What does the scraping do ?
Nice
Full dragon queen today love this fit Doc….keep up your awesomeness
Where do we find a doctor like this in the states
What is the scraping for at the end
I need all of this. I also used to be a dancer and have fibromyalgia. I am one of the “I can handle it” patients too lol push as hard as you possibly need to on me! I’ve tried to get scheduled with you via instagram but never heard anything back. I will gladly drive the 9 hours to Orlando if it means you will work on me and I could possibly have some relief.
hoping you could get her to do your adjustments for you! ❤
I hope you get a visit! I'm sure it would help out alot ...fingers crossed
"Deadlifts, they have made my career." Dr Mondragon
NICE
Where did u got this kinda dress from? Its beautiful
Fibro person here in Charleston, SC. Desperate to find a Dr. in my area like her!! Patient is so right about reg. massage not helping. I've had several rounds of PT, 2 & nothing helps 4 long. Wish I could make it 2 FL but we fibro peps know about long car rides & plane is 2 expensive.
Prayer 2 other fibro peps out there!😊
Dr mondragon do you have the heated scraper? 🤔⁉️
ive heard about those things
I think its just blade, its about the technique.
Her hair 🔥🔥🔥
*The drip 😮 nice doc*
I like Dr. Monsdragon teets !
Why no toe cracking like u usually do ?
that dragon shirt looks amazing on Dr Mondragon

Hey Brenda. Amy here from India. How I wish to come and meet you one day. I need therapy, I've been suffering from anterior pelvic tilt. Any exercise, please it'll be much appreciated.
Love and regards,
Amy
What's the name of the top she's wearing, I know it's like originally in Japan or China
It's called a qipao
The Roller is back 🎉😂
🤣👍🥳
Where are you located
I’d be shocked if the doc doesn’t break out the sage after every patient. God knows I would.
What other BS are you into ?
Nice Bo-Katan helmet
Those back cracks holly molly
Can someone please explain what the scrapping thing does?
I don't care but it sure looks like a Klingon torture device :)
The scraping is a way to increase blood flow in the skin
The scrapping is removing dead skin, so you don't get infections.
True story.
It's called gua sha (traditional Chinese name) or Graston technique in the chiropractic world. It goes way back in traditional Chinese practice.
(as Dr. Mondragon would explain) The purpose is to extract metabolic waste from the muscles and fascia (below the skin), so your body can dispose of it via interstitial circulation and the skin - your largest excretory organ.
So it's the squeegee to the spongy layer between your skin and your muscles. :)
@@kossowankenobi cool cool, thank you for the response 🤘
this is the best outfit everrrrrr
Can we clone her? Dr. Mondragon I mean.
No dis-respect meant to the patient. She would clone well to🙂
Better than ...? No question
22:53 What is that? And why?
👍
Bo Katan Kryze helmet ?
I just noticed that. Other things caught my attention
Nice Chinese dragon shirt 🥰
