Nice video! I can't understand for the life of me why builders do not put trim around the windows. In my opinion, a home without window trim looks unfinished. I would rather have laminate kitchen counter tops than no trim around the windows.
A lot of empty space people will be paying for, will need a privacy fence, not a real fan with all that eventual rotting decking - like the over-all lay out, love that mudroom, and the oversize owners' suite.
I like the house, I’m questionable on DRB (very mixed reviews), and I can’t believe the HOA allowed the planting of those ugly, out of place palm trees seen in a couple of the front yards at the beginning. People think they’re being “fancy” but it just looks tacky.
I can’t believe these prices and they are not even 4 faced brick.

This house has no fence, unfinished basment, so price is too high.

Im a single mom and I can afford it. I do have a great job. Go back to school and get a high paying skill. Medical field
