    Another thing that is perpetually annoying is that 99% of houses feature tiny rooms (mainly the rooms not referred to as Masters or primary bedrooms). It's like the developers expect that kids will never grow up and need some space. Not every kid leaves at 18 yrs old, and even if they do, they still need space during their time living at home. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.

      The room size for the kennedy is good. Did you tour in-person?

      @@rah7207 No, I haven't. But I'm in Miami, planning on moving to GA very soon so I've been looking for months. Think I found something in Jefferson GA though. I just don't know about small-town life yet. I've seen too many Confederate flags there and I'm concerned about the acceptance of Democratic Atheists there.

      Sundown towns are a real thing so Id stay closer to where there’s a good community of blacks. Hawthorne station community has mostly blacks and after touring the homes and speaking with the community, everyone carry amazing southern hospitality.
      There’s not much wrong with this community other than the closeness of homes. Id say Hartsfield bedrooms are kinda small but Kennedy and the other two floor plans are good. However I like the Hartsfield the most

    It seems as if it's a metro ATL thing where builders continue the use of installing the cheap/tacky wired racks. For the selling price, they need to do better.

    As a cook and baker, I can attest to the fact that the term "Gourmet Kitchen" is nothing more than a marketing term that carries little weight. The truth is, most home kitchens are designed so poorly. For instance, little to no counter space, sinks on the island inches from where people eat, sinks that have a dual bowl (a feature that I can't stand because it limits the size of pot that can be washed. Then there are the refrigerators that are confined to small spaces that guarantee you're gonna hit the walls every time you open the fridge doors, and tight spaces overall, etc... I can't recall a time I saw a kitchen that made me go, "Yeah, they finally got it right."

    I need someone to explain to me why someone thought it was a good idea to put a bathroom feet from the kitchen, ensuring that every time someone uses it, they have to "affect" everyone in the kitchen.

    I looked at this community and the models that I saw which were the Kennedy and Hartsfield . They were nicely done. I liked the incentive of 15,000.00 and lots of the upgrades that came standard. I'm looking to relocate in the upcoming months. I will reach out to you .

      Yes, they have great incentives right and the HOA is low. Reach out anytime I'd be happy to help with your relocation ☺️

    HOA is too high for quality.

    Cool stuff. Is there a preferred lender associated with the home sellers for this community in college park? If Yes, then who is that preferred lender or lenders?
    Also, is there a HOA fee and are there other ammenities in this community that were not mentioned in the video.?

      @ItitiObidah  Рік тому +1

      Yes, there is a preferred lender (Bank South) as well as an HOA of $200 monthly with an initiation fee. The HOA will include common area maintenance, lawn maintenance, and exterior maintenance. No other amenities, however, the 6 West Development is breaking ground nearby and will bring lots of growth and entertainment to this area.
