Just wanted to hop in real quick. I had my first period after my endometrial biopsy and it was horrible. I am just trying to share as much as I can. UA-cam was very helpful for me when I found out I had fibroids. Hopefully I can return the favor.

Grateful to find this video since it was tough to find post-biopsy info. I'm one week out which should be halfway through my cycle and today I've suddenly got Day 1 level cramps, pretty sure I'm going to get an unusually early period. This has all been so much harder than I expected but I'm grateful for an amazing OBGYN.
Thanks it just dawned on me that the biopsy is why I'm in such pain and heavy flow!

We woman go through so much with our bodies. I’m in recovery from laparoscopic fibroids and a hysterectomy. I had several fibroids but when they went in for surgery that found plenty more small ones growing.
Knowing I’m done with having a cycle is bringing me great joy. Having my cycle was catastrophic each month. I’d be in tears and I’m in my mid 40.’s
Ladies please don’t wait, definitely visit your gyn asap.
It is good you are sharing this experience. I went through the same thing up until I turned 50, when my heavy bleedings stopped completely. I haven't had a period since. I am 64 yrs. old. I had a biopsy it was excruciating, my GYN put a sharp instrument into my vagina and extracted skin cell. Afterwards my periods got worse and never got any better until I turned 50, Thank God I'm over that now. My periods was so heavy that it felt like my vagina was vomiting out blood and clots, I could actually smell the blood, it would run out like pee. And please, not to mention the really bad cramps and all the pain pills I had to od on. I had to wear depend under ware, sanitary napkins and tampons together while I was on my heaviest days. All I can say is stick with it no matter what, they told me that a hysterotomy would be my best option to stop the bleeding. I thought, I would be going from bad to worse if I let them take out my nookie, shit, then I would be dry all the time and God knows what else, and once my husband know that I didn't have a uterus, he would have been gone for sure. But I can recommend something that helped me was taking citrus bioflavonoids, vitamins A, B, C, D3, D2 zinc, and niacin every day and prayer.
Why would your husband leave you if you had your uterus removed? Would you leave him if he had a kidney removed?
You are not kidding !!! I came in here to find out if this is normal and Google got me here . My biopsy was Tuesday and I was already 5 days late . Biopsy was painful but bearable . Period came on Thursday and Friday I am pouring out blood . Awful 😩. No tampons for me because I just had the biopsy and I’m nervous .
I appreciate you sharing this. I had an endometrial biopsy last Wednesday. My period started on Friday. I had some minor cramping on days 1 & 2, but absolutely nothing compared to previous periods. Day 3 was a little difficult - I felt pretty crampy. Normally, I'm done with the cramps by then. I've had steady bleeding ever since. I'm currently on day 5 and it doesn't seem to be letting up. Typically, there's no sight of my period by this time. Just curious, how long did this period you're describing in this video last?
wow interesting to know - thank you for this I am in the process of one now. my OBG attempted but my cervix closed and was being stubborn, SO RESCHEDULED for 4 weeks unfortunately to be numbed and all of that. But I been watching videos like crazy. Can I ask after they dilate your cervix did you have any headaches ? i’m glad your feeling better though love!

I commend you for being so courageous in coming out and talking about this. May the good Lord be with you through it all. My prayers is for you to persevere through it no matter what the situation looks like, Jesus already said by his stripes you are healed. Keep reminding yourself about the healing Jesus has already given you through his death on the cross. Hold on to your faith and belief, your healing will manifest.

I feel for what you’re going through. It sounds absolutely horrible. Men would probably be curled up in a corner, in the fetal position, if they had to go through a fraction of what women go through. Wishing you the best and 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 for you. 😘💕

I scheduled to have an endometrial biopsy in a couple of weeks due to some abnormal bleeding. I'm terrified and want to cry!! It sucks
Bled from day of procedure. Day 2 was worse and was passing hardened clots. Anyone else experience this? Was wondering if it triggered my cycle that was due the following week. 🤔
I will bleed a week or two before my ufe. I couldn't use tampons even the ultra ones.i used the overnight ultra pads and would have to change so much. I used the 4 36 packs in two days
Yes you ain’t lying mine was terrible and I ended up having another period 15 days later.

We get periods after endometrial biopsy
Now I’m worried. My periods are terrible and I just had a biopsy today bc I’m going to get an ablation and they want to make sure there’s no cancer first. My period is due in about a week. :/

I have a fibroid size of medium grapefruit I ask my doctor remove my uterus to avoid that biopsy procedure just because am nervous and fearful of the pain i keep hearing about. My doctor keep telling me the biopsy has to be done before hysterectomy.
Mine is scheduled for this Thursday, the 22nd. I will share how it goes. ❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
@H Luvv that’s correct! Any good hospital or gyn won’t do anything without the biopsy. Because they want to make sure that you are cancer free. It’s all in steps. Hang in there. It will be ok.

I did the biopsy and for me it was painful she took 3 samples, results came back abnormal am scheduled for hysterectomy surgery in July .
@@hluvv7607 I’m sorry to hear, but definitely do what’s best for your health. I got a laparoscopic done and honestly my pain was like a 4 for the first few days. The gave me pain meds but I didn’t need to take them. I could manage with the 600mg ibuprofen and Tylenol. They want me moving around quickly as to prevent pneumonia and blood clots..
It will be ok, it’s a scary process but you will make it through just fine. Lots of meditation and prep. I wish you love, light and a speedy recovery.

I just had my 1st one and Ihave. Led for 9 days😢😢😢😢It is the worst since I tried mirena and that was on and off for 2 months! Thank you for sharing
