Doug, thanks for the video. I'm really interested in seeing your hand control as well. If you could make a video about that, it would be awesome.

I will work on that for you. The hand control is made by Veigel. This link will show you more about them. www.veigel-automotive.de/en/rehamotive/hand-controls/veigel-eclassic/

    Hey 👋🏼
I am also wheelchair bound and purchased some strong black adhesive which I added at the bottom section of my Tesla door step and it’s prevented any scratches and dings. May be easier to use than the blanket.
It’s called XPEL Black Universal Door Sill Guard (60" x 2.75") Paint Protection Film Kit
Would love to hear if you have enhanced auto pilot and if you use it for parking in standard spots.

Thanks for the tip. I do have an adhesive guard as well. Guess, I’m just overly cautious. Yes I have the enhanced autopilot. I love it. It mostly does all the driving and parking. I literally eliminates the need for a handicap parking place.

I drive a model x. The lifter tool would be amazing. How do I contact you for it?

Just send me your email address and I can send you the 3d file to print it. If you need me to print the kickstand just send me your address and I will print it and send it to you. I will need to know if your wheel chair is a TiLite with a center bar, how many inches off the ground is the bottom of the center bar. Thanks.

What do you think about using the seat behind you to pull the chair in?

I’ve seen some do that. To do that, they remove the rear seat. I often travel with my wife and mother-in-law. In those cases I need the use of that seat. Also, in those occasions my wife places the wheelchair in the rear of the car. Therefore, not a good solution for me, but could be a great one for you.

@@douglasrogers8907 yes, if only the seat in the 2nd row could lift up and slide back.
