    Measuring progressive fitting eight or single vision fitting eight is different? Thanks

      I'm quite sure I cover that in the video - but - yes in a way it is - an OC height can be ignored or +/- 5mm and it won't matter much. A progressive fitting height has to be as close to perfect as you can get.

    Please what if the frame is a semi rimless with dark shades

      In that case you are stuck between a rock and a hard place. Gather enough light so you can see through the lenses or you would have to cut some clear demo lenses. With enough practice on other types you can probably get it right almost by feel.
