Repairing the Pull Cord on Vertical Blinds

There are plenty of reason to hate vertical blinds, and many people do, however, if your like me, you may recognize the vibe they give, which can not be achieved through other styles of blind. A clean working set, matched with appropriate decor, can add a really nice edge to a soft room...if that makes any sense...I don't actually know what I like about them, but it may actually be just because everyone else hates them haha who knows. Regardless, this video will give you an idea of all the different parts, how they work together, as well as some information on how to repair them.

Ok so are you kidding me?!! You were supposed to show how to REPAIR the pull cord on this video. And instead, you just pull and roll the blinds a couple of time and voila! The end of the repair??!! Is this a joke

Sorry, but this is not informative. I have almost the exact same problem, and I still have no idea how to fix it. I can tell they YOU know how to fix it, but cutting away and coming back after each step is completed is not very helpful. Best of luck with the next one.

I understand, sorry you don't like my video. Take them down and crack them open, these blinds are dead simple, and your going to see how they work immediately. If you have the same problem as me, than you have nothing to loose. Its hard to hold the camera while tying a knot in a cord, and this was before I had a tripod, but Im hoping people get the idea.
