How to Stretch a 2 Seat RZR Into a 4 Seat Part 2

In part 2 I show how to completely reassemble the 2 seat RZR with all the new 4 seat parts. I also explain how to change out the wiring harness from a different model year.

Yeah at this age they just run off with the smaller parts. I once found my lug nuts hidden in a sock drawer. Maybe in a few years they'll be more helpful.

Ha ha. I actually ended up with a rolling two seat chassis that almost had a complete set of plastics.

Isn’t the vin number on the front frame? So now you have two different vins on it now?

The main stamped vin is on the rear frame. The front frame only has a vin sticker which sometimes falls off. But you are correct I currently have two vin numbers however I only have a title for the rear one.

I built all of my spare parts and my left over 2 seater parts into a rolling two seater. I sold the wiring harness with it. But you could try AZ cycle parts. That's who I use for most of my uses parts.

I don’t know also what’s the order or how to connect the battery, the starter cables, the starter solenoid and the two wires that comes from the voltage regulator, I been trying to pause your video 😂 but is hard to see.

Did you have to get longer brake lines

There's a single brake line that runs through the tunnel and into a splitter for the rear tires. I had to replace the one line with a longer one.

You'll need Front 1/2 of the driveline, Coolant tubes, Brake line, Shifter cable, wiring harness, rear floor plan, and the Rear center console. Everything else like doors and a new cage should be obvious.

@@JustinSmith-px7ey you'll have two more coolant tubes than the 1000. But other than that everything is the same as in the video.
