RZR XP 1000 Fang Fascia conversion (Turbo S)
How to convert a 2015-2020 RZR 900 or 1000 to have the 2019 and newer Fang style bumper. In depth explanation of parts needed and how to install. This grill was originally released on the 2018 Turbo S but can serve as a great cosmetic upgrade for several other models. The part numbers and prices below were all taken from rockymountainatvmc.com.

Do you like DIY? Do you have a family and need to add more seats to your current two seat RZR? It may be cheaper to stretch it than it would be to trade it and buy a new one. In Part 1 I purchase a two seat RZR and tare it apart to make way for all new 4 seat parts. We're can I fine the part for the end of the cage on the back I installed the cage from a 2020 turbo s to a 2023 xp4 1000 there at tube at the end the it's missing a part and I see u have it on your cage
Looking to do this to my 2018 xp 1000. Have a way to get in touch or send a master parts needed list?

I don’t need four seats, just room enough to stretch my legs.
Couldn't you have just gotten the measurements on the xp 4 front frame and just used those to extend the xp front with some tubing and sheet metal

Yes. Your 2018 and the 2015 in the video use the same grill. So everything should be the same.

Yes. The car in the video is a 2017. And all turbo S 4 cages are the same.
So preatty much nothing was fabricated an just swap parts!!
I only had to fab up some brackets because I used a newer wiring harness, but everything else was just bolt ons
Hey buddy I got a 2018 xp4 1000 with a sport cage. Gonna buy a 2021 turbo s. Can I swap cages, I mean are the holes in the same place? Thanks in advance

I've got some stuff in the works but I've also started a new job and had a 3rd kid so my free time to make videos hasn't been ideal.

wow, I can't believe the frame sections are just bolted together, that makes things a lot easier but I'd figure weaker... guess not.
Another way is to let it sit in the sun for a while to get really warm then rub ATF on it. Rubs in gives it a dark finish without the streaks. I did this on my jeep fenders after I tried the heat gun and it turned out great. Awesome job on the vids!! Keep it up and keep them coming!!!!

By any chance you have the wire harness of the 2 seater for sale? I’m building my own RZR from everyone trash or stock parts and I still need wire harness and ECU among other parts, please let me know, thanks
Did you have to update any sensors when going to newer year wiring harness?
@@moorepowergarage6205 so the front differential was the same just for the switch plug? Awesome thanks man! They don't make an AEM infinity for the 2014-2015 anymore so I've been wanting to change stuff out possibly in case I need the aftermarket ECU.

Yeah at this age they just run off with the smaller parts. I once found my lug nuts hidden in a sock drawer. Maybe in a few years they'll be more helpful.

Would you then use a turbo s windsheild? To get rid of the gab between the top of the cage?
You could but the turbo S has different hood plastics so you'd have two large gaps at the bottom.
How about the Roof, Will a 2021 Xp4 Roof fit a Turbo S Cage?
I've seen people drill new holes in the aluminum roofs to fit the turbo S cage but I've always just used a turbo S style roof. If you have the plastic roof however the two cages are just too different to make it work.
