  • It can be easy to get overwhelmed with our thoughts and feelings, but with the right techniques, we can use mindfulness to focus on the present, manage our emotions, and find some peace and calm as and when we need it.
    In this short course developed by iHasco, our presenter guides users through what mindfulness actually means, the importance of being mindful in and outside of the workplace, and they provide some useful tips and exercises for being more mindful throughout their day.
