I don't understand why people think religious freedom means the freedom to impose their religious beliefs on others who do not share those beliefs. A company paying for healthcare is not the equivalent of giving a gift to someone. An employer cannot just choose to pay their employee less than minimum wage for instance. If the company is to pay for healthcare then they are to pay for it, not pick and choose what medical services it provides
The media is trying to paint this as heroic. It's absurd, an 87 year old woman with pancreatic cancer is listening to a court case from a hospital bed.

The government paying a small amount to help girls have access to birth control and abortions in your best interest. It does positively affect you. Look at our history, back in the '80s when crime was at an all-time high and continuously going up but then dropped drastically in the late '80s early '90s because of Roe V Wade. An entire fraction of a generation was not forced into existence. A fraction of a generation that was statistically more likely to grow up to bring more crime, drugs, and economic burden. So you don't want a very small fraction of your tax dollars to do to programs that help girls and also ultimately help you, your children, and grandchildren? Or would you rather force a child into existence you so you can pay more money in taxes in the future to pay for greater levels of policing? Right now it is estimated only 63 million government dollars a year goes to birth control. While 70 billion goes to subsidize waterfront homeowners instance. I know how the government paying a small amount to help a girl have access to birth control and abortions helps me, but how does some rich guy I dont know wanting to build some over-the-top house on the beach help me? Birth control is used for more than just preventing babies. There's a lot of issues with the reproductive system that are treated by birth control medications that are necessary for quality of life by the people who have those conditions so they can work and live without debilitating pain and other issues. It's nearly impossible for me to get a hysterectomy in this country (even as a lesbian who has been out for over 10 years now and has never desired hereditary children) which would solve many of my health issues, the least you can do is allow me to keep birth control so I can do my goddamn job without resorting to liquor and painkillers to deal with the pain, and there's only so long you can bleed without it becoming a health hazard worthy of a monthly hospital visit. It's my body, and I'm tired of people telling me what I should or shouldn't do with it.

If you don't like the benefits package, offered where you work, work somewhere else. the employer has every right, to not offer certain benefits to it's employees, this is not a publicly owned company IIRC and the government doe's not own this company, ergo, the public has no right nor interest in dictating the benefits packages or pay it should provide.
Some people can’t choose where they work dude. Say they were given a shitty predatory housing loan and can’t move even if they got the opportunity for new work. You do realize you're saying "Do the right thing and step down due to health" to the same person who advocates for desecration of babies? "Right thing" isn't in this demon's vocabulary.
So what you are saying is that a persons own decisions and consequences of those decisions will be subsidized by those who did not make those decisions. Does this apply both way in the situation that a woman decides she wants to keep it does the tax payers pay the mans portion or is he/they expected to pay for it out of pocket and no dollar spent by the female?
And why should my tax dollars help him have insurance there?
