As an older snowboarder, who hadn’t kept up, this is an excellent workout to sharpen dynamic balancing.
This video is great, I started to do this exercises a couple of weeks ago and I didn't finish all yet! I have one month more until go snowboarding and I think will notice this training. Thanks!
