How to put Ball Bearings back into Bearing (skateboard/longboard) EASIEST WAY

This was by far the most stressful and tedious task in my whole entire life to sum it up I bought some speed cream today then cleaned my bearings lubed them spun them thinking they were supposed to be fast off rip. They werent so I got pissed took all the shields off deep cleaned and dried everything and spent the past 3 hours trying to get the balls back in while losing shields dropping balls in the worst spots. Then once I finally got my first bearing partially fixed i spun them without putting the shield in and the balls flew everywhere and it was just as hard getting the balls in again then i dropped it in doo doo water which just made the whole think pointless and my whole week is ruined. Its hot and my back hurts im cooked ggs
